The most useless group of people ever.I received an email, telling me to bring in my remote to swap it out.Made it to the service center to do just that, and was told “they are out of remotes” In order for me to get a remote, I need to bring my equipment in and they can swap it out with a new remote.. WTH?? I have never heard of anything more ridiculous before in my life. Than I was told, to call customer service and request to have a remote shipped to me. I’m still confused because I was in the office, can’t understand why someone in that office (Caesar) could not make this right.Cox is the absolute worst in customer service. I’m checking into my other options for cable, internet and phone. Apparently, they do not value me as a customer, so it’s time I take my money somewhere else.

I live in Gretna and have not had service for about two months because I have not been able to work because my daughter was hit by a car when she was walking on the sidewalk and the person drove up to hit her. Cops never arrested him either but that is moot point. Fast forward to today when I was hit with a 429 DOLLAR BILL!!!!!! You have GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!!!! I told my husband not to go with cox because I had been screwed over by them before but this time I was royally screwed!!!!!! Not to mention the service when it was on only worked about 10% of the time. It's absolutely outrageous but my attorney is now handling my claim. Cox you really need to do better!

The internet is very slows goes in and out. We tried buying our own router but we couldn't they wanna make all the money themselves.

If you have the option to go with another provider do so.Their service rarely ever works and the employees are completely unhelpful unless you're buying anything.They will even send service techs to your house to fix their problems, charge you money for it, but have the techs fix any issues BEFORE they come so that they can claim there are no issues.The other reviews giving more than 2 stars may very well be fake also, I have lived here 8 years and literally no one I have ever met thinks Cox provides even decent service.

Cox internet service and cable TV was horrible. I live in Harvey La. a suburb of New Orleans La. Both Cox internet and TV had constant outage. For 7 years I would have to call Ciox about my services constantly being out and when they weren't out the signal was very weak.Cox would send people to my home but when the person arrived they would say they weren't there to do any maintenance or repairs. They were just their to determine what the problem was.They would tell us the problem was we had a weak signal coming to our home from Cox.Finally when Cox would send someone to fix the problem. They never fixed the problem. Each person they sent said the same thing we had a weak signal and after they did what was supposed to remedy the situation we still had a weak signal and constant outage.After years of this I saw that many of my neighbors had left Cox when I would go to available wifi signals.So I left Cox and went to T-Mobile. T-Mobile doesn't offer speeds as fast as Cox but for me T-Mobile was a God send.I finally have reliable internet and TV service with T-Mobile and YouTube TV for a lot less money.

Upon arrival, there was no greeting nor instructions on how to get assistance. A young man arrived and sat at the table near me and began to question if I was returning equipment ( no introduction). I then noticed his attire and soon learned he worked there. After all of that, he was quite pleasant and was very knowledgeable.

All I can say is Cox cable Sucks!! Their employees are very nice. The service is awful!!!!!!!!!! Tried for over 3 years to get my problems resolved and they just couldn't get it!! I finally got fed up and switched to Dish TV and Hughes internet. No problems TV and internet work great!!

Today Elvin helped me remove the internet from my mom and dad's account but still kept the phone line My mom is 90 and my dad is 89 They don't use the internet The internet was originally installed because my mom's son used it while he was living there with them Elvin was extremely patient with me because I am not technologically savvy He must have repeated everything at least ten time But he kept repeating until I could say it for myself Everything is working so far I was able to remove the equipment for the internet and install the equipment for the phone Thank you very much Cox Cable Communication and thank you Elvin
