Sales lady Tashonti went above and beyond on assisting me find sales She helped me clip coupons and helped maximize my savings I couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience Tashonti is an asset to CVS She did y'all proud Very helpful She knew the store.She knew the sales, and just a very nice and willing to help sales associate She cared about my need to save money Offered suggestions What didn't she do Very good employee You can see she enjoys her work

Only problem today at this store was the falling apart coupon kiosk. Staff was friendly, offered their help, but the machine is beyond help. Also sale item was out by noon.

Today, 01/17/2023, I called first and was on hold for 14 minutes, second time for 11 minutes and before I could say a whole sentence, the male employee hung the phone up.

This location is absolutely ridiculous! We made appointments for COVID testing and STILL waited over 40 minutes. The staff was unprofessional and several of them just stood around while people waited in their hot vehicles for testing. Worst experience ever.

Do not go here for your covid testing unless you want to arrive 15min before your scheduled time and wait 45min after while you watch the kid at the window cutting up with fellow employees and take 10 min to look up your appointment in the system. The conformation email said to bring ID and insurance and they don't even check it. Walgreens was so much faster.

So we went to this location to see if we could do a walk in for our booster shot and there was a sign up saying walk ins welcome and they were true to their word. They got us in and the pharmacist giving the shots was so kind and helpful. The store was clean and it was a great experience over all. He even made sure we waited for a few minutes to see if we had a bad reaction. We were so grateful to this CVS! Thank you!!

I don't recommend this location. the drive thru line is always long. the pharmacists always have an attitude and you can forget about calling in. you will sit on hold for an hour and half just to be connect to someone telling you to please hold yet again for another 30 minutes. I'm switching back to Walgreens
