I am so beyond annoyed at the lack of customer service. They have rigged their phone system to where you can literally never talk to a human and when you show up in person you have to wait an hour in the pharmacy line where noone seems to know what's going on. This is why CVSs are closing nation wide. If my insurance didn't mandate it I would never come here

They need a register at the door. Regular customers should not have to wait in the pharmacy line to check out with a bottle of water. And the employees in the back need to come out and start helping customers on the register a lot sooner than they do. They wait until the line is 15 deep and try to play catch up.

This is now our pharmacy since the Lapalco / Barataria branch has closed. Few staff. Inability to speak to a human. On behalf of many elderly without that access/ability - this is a disservice and neglectful of that population.

Excellent service. The Bride and I both received our 3rd (booster} Covid-19 shots. While we were there we also got our flu shots. Quick and painless.

I just received a letter that they will no longer accept our insurance. This was the only place that could get my daughter's medication without any problems and was a convenient location. Now we need to find elsewhere. Thanks for not caring!

Worst Pharmacy Customer service EVER!!! Ask a question about drug drop off disposal & act like you are a bother. Then the rolling eyes & shaking of the head set it all into another level of flat out rudeness. Plenty of other ones around to deal with than these idiots!!!

The Pharmacy department is an absolute joke. The ladies working were completely rude, disregard the fact that you're waiting in line for over 30+ mins and don't answer the phone. I called multiple times to see if my prescription was transferred over and no one ever answered so I had to drive there to get my answers. I was waiting for 30+ mins and was treated with no respect. The pharmacist there showed no concern for people waiting in line and took her sweet ole time. Worst pharmacy I have ever been too. If I had it my way I would of loved to keep my prescription at Walgreens but my insurance changed.
