My experience at Fort Knox was amazing. Mr. Kevin the General Manager, was very knowledgeable about the facility. Mr. Kevin, explained in detail all information about securing a storage. Trinica the sales associate was very warm and friendly and welcoming.The facility is very nice and clean, it smells great also. I would recommend Fort Knox to my family and friends.

This is pretty much the only storage facility I have used (off an on) for the last 15 years maybe. It's conveniently located and a clean environment.

Great place, one of the workers even helped us empty the moving truck. Love that they have a moving truck to help customers. The lady at the front desk is very helpful. Great customer service

Thieves have broken into the storage area where we park our motorhome. Twice they have stolen from us. First time was several years ago when they broke into it and stole our brand new 42" TV we had just installed. Manager at Fort Knox assured us that security cameras would be installed in our area. Well, second time thieves have done something again. This time they cut the catalytic converter from our motorhome and approximately 8 others. The storage facility will do nothing. And security cameras were never installed.

I’ve rented here 3 times in the past ten years, this last time since February. Always had good experiences, with the employees! They have always been super nice, professional, and friendly!
