They buy your stuff for pennies and sell it for a fortune(figure of speech). They should lower the prices on stuff. I mean come on it's not brand new, refurbished bro. The customer service is okay! Btw give people better prices for their stuff. You buy a game from them today for 60.00, go back the next month and they want to pay you 2.00 for it... come on! My friends and family barely go here anymore. We'd rather buy online. Better prices, we hate Game Stop!? They also do not care what customers think. I check once a year to see if they have changed their predatory ways. Not even worth that one visit.?

Ordered a ps4 console and gta 5 bundle online same day delivery. Once the order was ready for pickup , the store associate with the name Frank gave my system to the 3rd party delivery driver without having the driver confirm the order on their screen , very unpleasant experience. Once I explained to the store associate where he went wrong he told me it was out of his hands. Definitely need to be retrained.
