Walked in before 4pm to send a wire. Waited for a teller to tell me to she couldn’t help me and I needed to sign in. I sat down with 2 customers signed in before me. According to the sign in, no one had an appointment. Time goes by and once I realized it’s almost 5pm, I asked if I would be seen before closing. The gentleman asked what I needed assistance with and when I stated I needed a wire, I was told that wiring stops at 4pm!!! Thank you…once again…for your ugly I don’t care attitude from your teller to possibly your manager!!!! Those women need to take customer service lessons from the gentleman that did acknowledge me!!! I will drive across the West Bank for service before I will go inside that bank!!!

Went recently to open an account and Terri walked me through everything. It went by quickly and she was very nice . I wanted to rent a car and she also gave me tips about what I needed to do best for it . Thank u ??

I've never been to a bank where the manager acted like she didn't want me to open an account.I received one of those "cash bonus if you open a new account" offers in the mail. The manager came off very condescending and added additional stipulations. If I would have known they have such bad reviews I would have gone elsewhere to start.It's worth mentioning that the place also is in dire need of remodeling. It was an old, empty, dreary looking place

The drive thru is absolutely horrible! 2 cars ahead of me & waitied 45 freaking minutes! Is there only one teller working all of the lanes, or what? It's like this all the time, not just a random encounter. We've had a commerical account with regions for years, but seriously considering changing to Capital One down the road..

Typing this review as I sit in the drive thru. Been sitting here for a freaking hour, with only 3 cars ahead of me!! Somethings gotta change with this bank or else I'm closing up shop and taking my business elsewhere. Terrible service!

Opened up an account to find out they gave me 2 different checking accounts numbers. Had money deposit with the account number off of the checks they gave me to find out it belongs to someone else. Been getting the run around with trying to figure out how could they make such a mistake and to send the funds back to the other party for them to issue out a check. No response from branch manager or anyone. It's been 3 weeks now.
