Today is Wednesday June 23rd, 2021. I made an appointment on Tuesday, June 22nd, 2021 to get my haircut on Wednesday, June 23rd at 11:30 am. Unfortunately, unless I was going to cut it myself I was the only one who showed up for the appointment- Anna, the hair stylist, I had the appointment with did not bother. I waited over 30 minutes for someone to show up- the shop was closed and no one in sight. No respect for my time! I don't know how you stay open if you don't even make it to customers' appointments. In no way shape or form is it anyway to conduct business. I would be ashamed to call this my business if I were you Lori! If there was a way to put no star I would have!

Had an appointment for almost 2 months.... they canceled my appt and didn’t even contact me to let me know, even After the lady contacted me a week prior and asked me to be there an hour earlier. SMH that was not professional & poor customer service

Tracy is absolutely amazing! Perfect nails every time! She is meticulous and doesn’t stop until perfect!! Highly recommend this Salon as all the people working there are very professional and super nice! That will always ask how the service was before expecting payment!! My new “home”!

Called in this morning to see about getting a pedicure. I was inquiring about appointments or walking in etc, Maria says,"The lady who does them or something interviewing next week.... " The fact of the matter is you don't turn a walk-in, future customer, or anyone away.

Did my Hair & makeup for my sister’s wedding & WOW I looked so beautiful! Then went back for a cut. I highly recommend this Salon! Laurie did my beautiful Makeup & Marie did my hair! Everyone at the wedding just Loved it!! ♥️
