Definitely watch as they ring up the food. They will over charge you. If you buy a combo they will try and charge you for the chicken and fries separately instead of jointly. They add items as well that you have not purchased. Also count your chicken they have a bad habit of shorting your food. When you question why the price is what it is or why was you charged separately, or your missing food they start yelling and screaming at you as if your wrong. One poor worker is always trying to take up for the customer that's clearly right and they curse him out in a different language. After proving them wrong, they act innocent. Mistakes happen not every day.
Also my husband went and asked for crawfish pie,.they had 10 cooked. The woman said they was out and went and covered the pies
I have never experienced a store like this it's every time I go here it's never a good experience. Instead I'm driving 15-20 minutes away to a different shell/brothers location
Also they don't take shell cards, at pump nor inside. They have been reported several times and still won't take them.
