Today I saw they had Ethanol Free! Gas at the pump. I'll start to buy all my gas here lawn mower, weedeater, car etc . Super happy about this even told everyone I knew as if I was receiving 5c off a gallon for everyone I told. Keep up the good work shell. I see you!

Really enjoyed this shell. Loved the employees they was very polite and helpful all up till yesterday. I swiped my card at pump it said see cashier. I do and cashier started telling me not to yell and that the transaction was cancelled and nobody can use my money'. I was very confused and Angry. I showed him my account that was at 450 and no is at 0 because she'll took everything. Pump whole time this incident is happening is still beeping saying see cashier. I'm trying to explain this and I'm pissed because I have no money at all at this point. The owner followed my husband out yelling at him. I'm trying to show him the pump that is still beeping and saying see cashier. All they had to do was turn the thing on or cancel transportation. Instead they automatically defended themselves because apparently it's happening constantly, never turned pump off called my bank this morning and yesterday this shell has never cancelled any transactions it's still pending in their system. I never got gas now I have zero dollars. I don't what is going on with the shells on the westbank but I obtained a shell card that will now never be used.

My debit card is charged 1 dollar. I guess it's to make sure the money is there but the dollar charge goes through on top of the gas I put in! I'll sit in Walmart lines!

Even after demolishing that dumpster fire that used to be there and building a whole brand new gas station, I stop this morning to get gas and go figure pumps don't work. What a joke of a business. I'm just going to pretend this place doesn't exist just like before. Thank you for reminding me why I go out of my way to avoid Shell gas.

BEWARE! This gas station had a card skimmer on their pumps and stole my debit card information. After pumping gas here, $250 was charged at a Factory Outlet online located in Canada. I'm having this investigated currently.

They are stealing money from drivers with card skimmers on their gas pumps. They will steal your card number and make unauthorized purchases.
