This store is in good area off the levee. It needs revamping totally and could use fresh ideas in displaying merchandise even though it's a small area .

Update: Love the mexican lady too much as the head of the store. She is reasonable and has common sense, me and my family shop here all the time now. Love, love, love... just keep mean black women from working there. I recommend and will be shopping there for years to come... whoever changed things here, heed to give the owner of Red, White, and Blue some of their sense. Hate that place now. 10 stars muah.?

Very kind staff, love the smiles.I love how I can bring my kids in there and walk out with so much clothing for them to get through the winter (or summer) without spending a small fortune. And the clothing we find is always like new. No stains or holes. It's a great community resource for those with ever growing children. Even name brand shoes can be found in great condition for a low cost.

I specifically donated here instead of Goodwill because this is a local charity shop. I dropped off quite a few items, including a substantial quantity of nice clothes which were placed in a clear bag. After dropping them off I ran an errand on 4th St. and after I passed back around 20 minutes later, everything I donated, except the clothes, had been moved inside, and the door was closed. The clothing bag had been moved noticeably farther away from where I dropped them off (so they had clearly been seen). Why would the clothes be left out and moved to the side? Perhaps they were left out so someone could pick up some 'free' clothes. Or perhaps the worker just didn't give a toss about donated inventory. There was a huge storm right around when I passed and the clothes would have gotten soaked and ruined. Whatever happened, it is enough to make me completely distrust the store and I will not be donating to them again.

Love the clothes and prices most of the time, but about 4 of the staff members are very rude and disrespectful. Especially the one with the mushroom wig. She is always yelling at people and being rude. I stopped shopping there for a good while hoping they'd be replaced when I returned. Nope they are still there. The owner will lose a lot of business of he/she doesn't replace them with friendlier staff.

If you shop here only one time it may seem like ho hum. But if you go often, once a month or more and you take your time to pick thru everything youll find some pretty darn good deals.. especially after mardi gras and prom/graduation season. If youre looking for dresses. For winter you can easily find quality swearers and jackets n coats.

Solid little thrift store. Heavy on the clothes and light on housewares. Reasonable prices with excellent sales.

I was very disturb on what I witness at this location by one of staff members towards a patron that just walked into this establishment! On 05 Nov 2018 Sat. At around 4:30pm.This patron was an African American with a little Asia in him.He was looking at some t shirts than the staff member that was working the registers, yelled toward the young patron and said you have 5 minutes before we will be closing, and the patron acknowledged the cashier, than the cashier yelled at him again by saying you have to be at the register within that 5 minutes because we are closing! The patron explained to the cashier that it was only 4:40pm and if you don't want him to patronize this establishment he would not, and ask the cashier what is her name so he can bring this up to management, and she said her name was Barbara, so he left the establishment. This patron was right it was only 4:40pm,and this cashier was also telling the older staff member to lock the front door, but the sign on the front door states 5:00pm when the store is closed! There was other patron checking out also and was shocked how this person was treated or should I say talked to as if he was a little kid! One of the ladies said that that particular cashier is always closing this store down way before the allotted time on the front door. Management and the owners of this establishment needs to hold there management that's on duty and staff members accountable for there actions! I would not recommend this establishment to my family nor friends or followers until this issue is resolved asap!
