Walked in at 6:30pm to get my tire plugged since I had a nail in it. This location does not close till 7pm. The gentleman sitting behind the desk told me he could not service me since his entire staff left to go to the pelican’s game. PATHETIC. Don’t go here.

Everyone was polite and courteous. They were helpful in explaining what needed to be done for my vehicle. In no time at all, I left there with my vehicle being all in order and done at a very fair price.

If I could put negative stars I would have. Matt is a slickster. Charges for parts that are included with the main part. For example if you get a radiator replaced he charges for a radiator cap,if you get a water pump replaced he charges for the gasket,if you get a thermostat replaced he charges for a gasket. When you buy the radiator,water pump or thermostat the cap/gaskets come with it. It’s all good though. Will NEVER bring my car there again and will advise any and everyone to stay away from that place.

Been there twice this week.I had front wheel and tire stolen off my vehicle and got a wheel from pull a part.They were able to mount new tire I purchased through them on a Saturday early in the morning with no wait, they had great attention and great customer service. Thanks to Shane and his crew they were happy to help me with a smile.The wheel didn't fit my car so I had to order the correct wheel for my car.I took the new wheel back and explained I purchased the tire last Saturday and Shane helped me. At first they said they could do it first thing in the morning. Then once the mechanic saw I just wanted to switch tire to other rim, he could do that right the. No problem.15 minutes later I was finished thanks I didn't get there names but Sept 12th 2023 at 2pm this crew was amazing and had the best attitude, you have earned a loyal customer and word of mouth advertising for life. ThanksAlsoThey offered each time to let them unload and load my wheels and tires.Probably safer but it was a great to have them offer.

I was able to get my spare tire put on my vehicle after popping my tire on wish short notice! done with in 20 minutes and the best customer service ever. i loved John and Dee for helping through my first tire replacement process!

Customer service is awesome. Price was extremely affordable, they will put parts you supply on, they stand behind their work and definitely have every reason to, took an hour for my AC to work like new, and straight up if they can deal with me, with a smile they deserve more stars than we are allowed to give them. Will definitely use them in the future and most definitely recommend them.I appreciate these hard working men.

I've been bringing my cars here for about two years. The customer service is great and every service is exceptional. At first, the manager seemed too serious, but he's very funny. Good customer service is hard to find, but I'm confident I'll get it here.
