I would 100% recommend this place! This actually was a place that we traded our uhaul trailer at. This place was very accommodating. The guy that helped us was amazing. We had brought in a uhaul trailer from another place in town and he told us that they hooked it up incorrectly and it could've caused us problems. He gave us a very clean uhaul tailer and hooked everything up correctly. He apologized for our bad experience at the other place and made everything right for us at his place. Overall great experience.

This Uhaul location is a hidden gem. Whatever you do, avoid the Lapalco and Oakwood locations at all costs! After having a nightmare experience, this location is the only redeeming quality that Uhaul has. I appreciate them for accommodating me on such short notice and they were a pleasure to deal with. Uhaul in general has scarred me for life, but if I had to use the company again, I would rent from this location only! For anyone who has had a bad experience, give this location a try, they won't disappoint.

I had an unforgettable experience with this location… the truck I initially wanted to rent was out of service at the time for reserving. I went on ahead a reserved a smaller truck, to have something to use for my move. Long story short… the day of my move the owner/GM of this location, honored my original request for the right size truck I wanted… the entire staff was so professional and knowledgeable, I appreciate their customer service… it was very satisfying renting from this location, thank you all for the help??♀️??

Well seeing how you can be overcharged for simple things like a dolly being used or specs of dirt being left on trucks, i imagine working here to be absolutely terrible with management overworking staff members to their limits. I would not recommend going here as a customer and i would highly recommend staying far away when it comes to applying especially if you're a young woman or just a woman in general.

First of all they did not fulfill my first reservation for a 20' truck for Saturday Sept 30. The lady "guaranteed" I could get one today. She said she would reserve in two locations to guarantee I'd get the truck. Well I go to get it and guess what? No 20' truck available any where in the area cuz I'm just renting one way. I can't move from where I'm located to my new house in time for an 8 hour rental return. No apologies and pretty much blamed other customers who they said stole trucks or whatever! I hope I never have to move again but if I do I'll never use Uhaul! Their customer service sucks!! What good is a reservation if you don't actually have the truck? Worst customer service and business I've ever encountered in my whole life!!
