If you are thinking of coming to this location for the COVID vaccine, or to utilize the pharmacy in general, don’t. They are always understaffed, and the workers take their frustration out on the customers. I scheduled an appointment for my second COVID vaccine at this location for 8:30 and was not given any paper work to fill out until 9:25. I then had to wait until 9:50 to receive the vaccine. Please save yourself the time and trouble and do not bother coming to this location.

If I could give zero stars I would. I scheduled my COVID-19 Vaccination for 9:30am this past Monday. The confirmation email stated that all I needed was my insurance card and my state issued ID. I brought both with me. Walked up to the pharmacy counter and was not greeted by anyone until this lady came up to me and with attitude said, 'what are you here for?'. Already not a good start. I said I had scheduled my vaccination for today and had my information ready. I gave her my ID and my insurance card. She kept inputting numbers in the computer while looking at my information. After about 5 minutes, she looked at me as if I was crazy. She said, and I quote, "You need more information than this, this is not the right numbers that I need." Then she proceeded to get a piece of paper and write down the "5 numbers" that I needed. She stated, "You need to call your insurance company and get these numbers for me first, and then come back and you can get the Pfizer - COVID-19 Vaccine." Then she walked away. I was absolutely stunned. She literally turned me away from a FREE VACCINE that the government is urging everyone to get. I was so mad I didn't know what to say to her, plus she walked away so I couldn't get her attention. Keep in mind, I know plenty of people who have gone to Walgreens to get the vaccine and each one of them had NO problems at all. But, when I went I would have never thought that anybody would turn away a citizen trying to stay safe and get the COVID-19 vaccine. I don't know if it was a race issue with this employee, because she was African American and I am a Caucasian or if she wasn't having a good day and decided to take it out on me, but this was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life dealing with anything medical wise. I had the pharmacy call me later in the day and say hey, you missed your appointment for your vaccination and we're wondering if I was still going to come in. Lmaooooo I was pissed and told the person who called everything that happened and the person on the phone was like me, she said that nobody should be turned away from the vaccination and that what happened should never have happened in the first place. I hope something gets corrected with this employee at this specific location.

This place has the absolute worst pharmacy staff. They treat you however they want based on the medication you take.

My local Walgreens is open 24 hours a day. But not only the store but the pharmacy is also open 24 hours a day 7 days a week including holidays. That's so convenient especially if you have a sick child in the middle of the night. Walgreens offers so many different products, no matter what I need Walgreens seems to always have it. I also love the points system they offer you can use them for products, it comes in handy when you don't have the cash and you need to get something.

We came here looking for a few things while on vacation. I had my two sick girls with me and we were a long way from home. I asked my questions at the photo department because I didn't see anyone at check out. The gentleman stopped what he was doing to assist. Every single person I spoke with was attentive, kind, and did their best to help in finding what I needed. The manager was called for one of the items I was looking for and she was wonderful too. The best customer service I've encountered at Walgreens. Thank you!

Busy place but they do their best to help. Sometimes there are mix ups but they try to handle in a timely manner

Pharmacy Staff VERY CARELESS. I have a diabetic cat who requires insulin shots twice a day. I typically purchase my syringes from Walgreens and have been very happy with the results until the last two visits. I didn't get too upset the first time I was given the wrong box of needles, mix ups happen. However, this is the second time that I have attempted to purchase syringes and been given the wrong item and then the cashier seems upset when I correct them. Without the correct syringes errors in administration result. When there are errors in administration that can result in loss of life. This isn't giving me the incorrect soda flavor, this is a matter of life and death. I won't be purchasing my diabetic supplies any longer from Walgreens.

So when a Dr calls in to Walgreens to CHANGE a blood pressure medication wouldn’t you think Walgreens would update your information? I get emails reminders for my refills. First time I didn’t notice they were refilling old prescription so I opened it and started taking it. I called Walgreens and I thought they took it out the computer. Second time I got the wrong prescription again at another $39.00 co- pay. Got home noticed it was wrong and called pharmacy told them I was bringing it back that I didn’t even open and I was told once I leave the store with it it’s mine so the pharmacist says let’s get this removed from the computer so it doesn’t happen again. Guess what email I got to refill for the third time. WHATS GOING ON WALGREENS?
