I received text messages and emails that my prescriptions are ready for pick up. When I got there I had to stand in line for 25 minutes only to be told by the pharmacist that they will not be ready until tomorrow.

I came here at 4:30 and the lady at the door said I had to go to the drive through…ok, I go to the drive through and the lady standing guard over the line said I had to go inside. I said I just tried that and was told to come here. I then say, look, my prescriptions are ready for pickup, all I have to do is pick them up, nothing to refill. She said no. I then said well, you have a lawsuit waiting to happen here turning people away a half hour before you close if they get sick with out their meds and something serious happens. Needless to say, I do not have my prescriptions.

Tonight I had issues filling my sons prescription through his insurance. The pharmacist that was on tonight he was the most helpful. Made my complicated issue a lot easier and we got it worked out. He went above and beyond to help me .

This location was clean, organized, stocked well, and conveniently located. I was only the second person in line with one person behind me, and they opened another register to assist me. That's something amazing to see, especially when on numerous occasions at other stores, you're waiting forever in minimal open lanes.
