The employee 's are over worked. The store is sloppy to meny displays pallets everywhere.Customer service sucks.Employees stay on there cell phones.

They need a better, friendlier manager. That tall white guy is extremely rude. The customer service is okay. I love the deals and discounts. I mean Winn Dixie is an expensive store, but the deals help. I can't say much! If the tall white male manager gets an attitude adjustment, I'll give five stars.

Win Dixie store always did the treat to the customer. They marks the price was different from you checked out. I bought 2 chocolate box marked $4.49 each and 5 cans of water marked on the shelf was $1.25 each. When I checked out the price was so big difference, each chocolate box costs $6.49. That's really call a cheat! So many times I got these cheats but this time I try to posted up to the public. Customer need to be aware , check the receipt before you left. Zero *

Winn Dixie carries quite large supply of various items. I especially love BOGO & their boiled Seafood! The employees are always willing to help. & The store is always clean , Customer service, allows you to send money & return items. I had a nice evening outing, checking out the store,.???❤️

Eh.The freezers are broken on and off, the lines are ridiculous, the atmosphere is dingy, and it's just uncomfortable to shop there.The produce is alright, but I've seen so many swollen/inflated meat packages, which means they're changing the temp of the meat wayy too much. I'm just scared of salmonella or some sort of food-borne illness.But it's fine if it's the closest thing.

Initially enchanted with the Pharmacy but as time went on they have failed miserably!!! RUDE AND OVER reacting employees making me feel like and idiot!!!! System calls, says script is ready, show up and employees say “it’ll be an hour or so”!!! Question that, and get ATTACKED!!! HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!
