Yall, PLEASE come to Carencro. This was the best on the go "station" food I've had in my life. I made the mistake of getting a pre-made Crawfish pie and two of your Crawfish Balls instead of getting three Crawfish Balls. Yalls recipe kicks the other one to the curb. Potato wedges, tenders, crispacitos(spelling?) everything I got was AMAZING. Will definitely swing by anytime I'm in Maurice. Keep it up! (also yall would make a ton of $$$ in Carencro)
