I always stop here on my way back to Texas from New Orleans and pick up some fresh boudin. I get their ribeye sausage when I can find it, and the stuffed chickens are so good.

I was introduced to this wonderful store when I moved to Youngsville from Oklahoma in 1997. I moved away north in 2004. However, I am super happy that there is a sister store in Tulsa, OK. When I am passing through Tulsa I always stop and get around 10 stuffed chickens.
