“I've been a member at Bravata for some time. Due to my schedule, I choose to work out very early in the morning so I rarely see any staff (which is okay), but this is what works for me. I'm happy to have a 24 hr facility very near my home. This is very convenient for my busy schedule. I've met the owner on multiple occasions, and he is an engaged owner. Recently, I had some concerns about the overall cleanliness of the gym. Having worked in healthcare for over 25 years, this is incredibly important to me. Instead of ranting on social media like I see many people do or leaving for another facility, I simply addressed my concerns with the owner via email. Within a day or so, he responded and took complete ownership of the situation. Within a matter of days (if not the very next day), I started to see improvements and the condition of the gym began to look more like when they first opened. The professional response to my concerns was greatly appreciated as well as the call from the owner to acknowledge me as an individual. I'm looking forward to my continued health journey with Bravata Fitness.”

I'm older and lately VERY out out of shape at 60, for a couple of reasons, but they made me feel comfortable and paid a great deal of attention to my weaknesses and adjusted as necessary. The coaches are so sweet and patient, especially Caitlyn. She's got an incredible "bedside manner" so to speak, all the patience in the world. But ALL of the coaches are awesome, and make you ferl like fsmily. Now I look forward to working out!”

Staff is always happy to help setting up for sports and always quick to give equipment such as boxing gloves, volley ball and net they set up for you and racquet ball. It is free and always checks ID’s . There is all the equipment one would need they have good hours and always answer their phones.”

“First time visiting NOLA and Downtown Fitness Center was the closest to the hotel on Canal Street. Day passes are available at Downtown Fitness and are less expensive the more that is purchased. Don was at the desk always welcoming and answering any questions I may have had. The atmosphere in Downtown Fitness Center seemed to be very welcoming and reminded me a lot of my gym when I owned one. Personable, everyone felt like family as they walked in, and knowledgable staff. Thank you Downtown Fitness Center for a great experience!”

“I use the pool daily for water aerobics classes. The instructors are excellent and the staff is friendly and professional. There are also yoga, fitness and cycling classes available. And there are a host of body building and fitness etc., classes for younger and more fit members. The pool is available for free swim and water exercising if you can’t make the morning pool class times and have to go to the gym before or after work. It’s a life changer especially for people looking to attain and/or maintain mobility and balance. Many people come post surgery after being discharged from PT and stay. Pool lap lanes are always available for swimming and swim lessons can be arranged.”
