Every time I visit, I’m greeted with the most helpful and kindhearted service, especially from one particular lady who always goes above and beyond. She takes the time to ask about my day, creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that you don’t often find at postal offices.

What really stands out is how patient and knowledgeable she is. She never makes me feel rushed or like my questions are a bother—instead, she genuinely helps me understand the shipping process and makes sure my packages are labeled correctly and ready to go. It’s such a relief to have someone who actually cares about getting things done right, rather than just pushing people through the line.

“I came to this office to inquire about the passport renewal process, and Ms. Rhonda, at the front desk was amazing! She was unable to assist with the process, but she was kind enough to share the "Best kept secret with me" and I knew where to go to acquire the help I needed! When I return to have it posted, she made sure everything was taken care of, and She is one of a kind! Ms. Demy was also as helpful; so, don't hesitate to ask them if you needed assistance. “I am here because I could not let this go unnoticed or heard. On Saturday, July 20, I came in and requested to speak with a supervisor. I was unaware at the time, how postal deliveries work when having an outside carrier deliver your package to your P.O Box. Anyways, the manager came out and asked for my information to go look for my package herself. When she didn't find it at the time (looking back, I was too early) she came out and asked for my number and PO Box. She said if she came across it, she would call me, etc. She was so very polite, I left there feeling better because honestly I was disappointed it would be 3 days before I get my package because it was the weekend. Well yesterday, that same supervisor called me. Like she called to make sure if I ever received my package. That sent me inside my home with the biggest smile that I needed at that moment. It's people like that who makes this world a better place. Please acknowledge her for her efforts. It meant a whole lot. I must also note, everytime I have came in there, I am always greeted with kindness. However, some businesses have supervisor's whom do not care much. “4 star, not 5 because of the misdelivery of my mail, but read on. Went in and showed a printout from my Informed Delivery stating a very important piece of mail from my attorney had been delivered yesterday to my mailbox, but it wasn't there. (Wendy) was super helpful! She drove out to my mailbox (clusterbox) and after a thorough search, actually found it in the clusterbox next to mine! I am super thankful! I would also like to note that there was a wonderful teller who actually offered to (and did) help an elderly gentleman fill out some paperwork that he was having trouble figuring out. She was very kind and patient with him and that was just plain nice and refreshing to see. I wish I'd gotten her name as well. All in all, there are at least two very kind and helpful women who work here and I wanted them to know they are appreciated!”
