Love to browse through here. Has a bit of alot of things. Clothes, shoes, garden supplies, feed and munchies. The lady at the register is so into the store and her job it shows. Always feel welcome. Never do i feel like i'm bothering anyone if i ask questions. This store is run well and run with pride. Will be back.

Tractor Supply, y'all have to start doing better. It's 10:40 Sunday morning and there's only 2 people working and not sure how costumes are here (A LOT) myself and 2 others have been waiting atleast 35 minutes to get propane. Don't get me wrong the employee's are great. They are just over worked and understaffed.
Please do something. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me.

Every time I go to the one in St Bernard parish I'm never disappointed
There's multiple employees, 1, specifically Robin, who not only puts up with my wild kids but also is soooooo helpful
Thanks to tractor supply and employees like Robin, we now have chickens and ducks and get 4 eggs per day

Just a heads up since the website is misleading and the staff is going to out and out lie to you about your orders I hope I can save someone somewhere the headache of expecting same day delivery. We had ordered over 24 hours ago, called a few hours later to get a timeline for delivery and spoke to a cashier and manager who both said they would look into it and reach back out. I called a few hours later because no one had reached out and was told they were going to look into calling an Uber to make good on their same day delivery promise. Never happened. Called again with an hour before close and was told it was going to be delivered in the morning. None of this was remotely close to true. The next day I was informed that they don’t offer same day delivery at all and the delivery driver is out delivering 200 bales of hay which. Isn’t really my problem. My problem is they advertise same day delivery and it took them an entire day to tell me that they don’t. My partner called twice as well and more or less got the same story. I think the best part is not a single person I spoke to apologized. Being bad at customer service is just embarrassing honestly when all it takes is being considerate, literacy and common sense. Not sure which one was lacking here. I had asked multiple times after being hung up on by a manager to speak to someone higher up, someone in HR, literally anyone who would be able to tell me what was going on and what was going to be done about it. My partner called with the same question about calling someone higher up to file a complaint and both times we asked to speak with someone they hung up. By the time we gave up and asked for a refund so that we could buy our pets food elsewhere absolutely nothing was done to make up for the inconvenience, the stress it put on me and my animals and the simple fact that they messed up and it’s not professional to try to shift blame to the customer. When someone is demanding answers for a service they paid for that’s hours and eventually an entire day behind schedule saying “I’m just a cashier” is wild. I’m pretty sure a cashiers job is to handle transactions, as in we pay for something, the cashier takes the money and I get the thing I paid for. Accountability isn’t for everyone I guess. I’m going to try calling corporate. It’s not likely I’ll get through to anyone so. If anyone knows a better way to get ahold of someone that’d be great! ?
Edit: owners response is below. I’ve called that number multiple times there is no option for guest complaints. So. There’s that. If you want to properly address my concerns you have both my partner and my contact information. You have a lot of nerve to ask me to reach out to you AGAIN to resolve a matter that your incompetent staff caused. Do better. Maybe focus as much energy on customer service as we do on cutting programs that benefit minority groups. So loud about being anti DEI and anti lgbt and so quiet about something as simple as delivering some hay 20 minutes away so my bunnies can eat. Because we’re moving away from “wokeness” to focus on being a “good neighbor” and “animal welfare”. Was failing to inform me that my order wasn’t going to be delivered same day being a good neighbor? Was failing to deliver food for my rabbits in the name of animal welfare? The customers trust and confidence in you is of the utmost importance right? 50,000 team members across 2,250 stores always here and ready with “legendary service”. If by legendary we’re talking in terms of shortcomings and negligence, sure. I’m genuinely impressed by how poorly your company has responded to my concerns. But if you’re more concerned with taking firm political stances than you are with the simplest of procedures to ensure quality service and accountability are we really listening to our customers because I can personally say that not a single person I spoke to since I placed the order and called multiple times to follow up (which I should never have had to do to begin with never mind 7 times between my partner and I) listened to anything

Like all of the other Tractor Supplies this one is well stocked and has most everything you could need to fix anything or build anything that you can think of. On this trip I needed some insecticide Strips for for flying insect management. Of course they had just what I needed and the very friendly staff help me check out and be on my way.

I was in the bathroom doing things when some guy came in and took a picture of me. I was like "wow thanks for that man!" and he was like "no problem, by the way, what happened to your penis!" We had a good laugh!
