“Due to a misunderstanding at a different U-Haul location in New Orleans, I was redirected to fix my issue with these generous gentlemen at the Harvey location. They provided quick and easy service to include going above and beyond to push my car onto a tow dolly for me. They were so caring and efficient. It's already a stressful experience to move, especially being notified of an error 30 min before leaving out of state, but they made it such a pleasant experience to include giving my flowers since I was already stressed. Thank you so much gentlemen for the help. You guys are awesome!”
