Sharon Pharmacy Technician was extremley rude. My son has the flu and i asked can i please wait for his medication outside and i will pull back around when our ready text arrive, because he’s very weak and can barely walk. I was still talking to her in drive thru pleading at 1:02pm and she put the closed for lunch sign up on me & told me to come in. I then went in, & after 10minutes of waiting the pharmacist asked who i was waiting for, with no one else in the lobby, I told her then she said the medication is out of stock. Very bad service!

I received someone else’s photos mixed with my own photos on two separate occasions. Walgreens reprinted the pics, but a lot were distorted. Use a different place to print photos. Customer service is also poor; staff gives the impression of being bothered while performing their job.

Avoid this pharmacy like the plague! You’ll have a problem every time you try to do anything with your medication and with a side of entitled attitude just for good measure! They are always rude and condescending. I hear this location is closing soon. Not soon enough.

Went there this morning ,even they say there open the lady at the store said they were not open due to she didn't have a cashier. How pitiful. Fire that person who didn't show up.

If I could give this place a zero i would. This is the most unprofessional and rudest pharmacy I have ever seen in my life! I have been waiting for over a week and a half for my prescription . I didn't receive a text nor call about my prescription so I went up to the store. They informed me that the medicine was out of stock and is on back order. I asked how come no one cared to call or text me to let me know and no one could provide an answer. I could go on about other things as well but I'm already too upset. After this I will NEVER deal with this place again. The absolute WORST!

The pharmacy is extremely unprofessional. I had back surgery today and had to get pain medicine fill. When we dropped the prescription off with was no problem. When my husband went to pick it up they told him they needed a preauthorization from the doctor so the workmen’s compensation can approve it. Knowing it is after hours I call and asked her is it possible to pay cash and I will get reimbursed from my adjuster. She was extremely rude first she gave me the price and the way she spoke to me is as if I can afford it. Than I told her the price was fine. Than with an attitude again she told me do you want it. I reply yes because I am starting to hurt. She than said it will be done in an hour and hung up the phone in my ear. That is completely uncalled for!!! I understand we are in a opiate crisis but that doesn’t mean everyone is abusing there medicine. I am hard working in health care field and the only reason I had to have surgery is from helping a patient who lost there balance and I retained an injury helping her. Please teach your employees people skills and compassion!!!!

This is the worst walgreens I have ever encountered. Call the pharmacy and they are the absolute rudest. The pharmacy manager TONY is the rudest person you will ever encounter and if you question anything he becomes a complete J**** TROY will speak to you like you are a child if you have a question or concern about any medication. Its no wonder the staff behaves the way they do. I will never use this walgreens and will discourage my friends from using it. GO across the street to people who actually appreciate your business.

One of the worst pharmacies on the south shore! Every time I need to refill or pick up Prescription there’s a problem! And the techs need to back to training school,Running my old Health insurance every time i need my prescription and i finally got a tech that actually knew what she was doing !
