This store takes your information and uses it for fraudulent activity. The staff will use your information to open personal accounts. Managers are in on this as well! Aisha, Malik, and Toya.Don't bother calling they are uneducated, nasty, and lack basic customer service skills. I've reported this store and sent the recordings of each call to AT&T fraud department to have this place investigated and then shut down! One girl claimed transferring a call was above her pay grade- again the worst attitude for the easiest job. We are happy to cancel our accounts and move back to Verizon.

Initial setup of account was wrong. The wrong person was getting billed. Also We never got the free HBO Max. Very disappointed and felt that we have been overcharged.

AT&T was super helpful transferring over our lines and getting new phones. They stayed late after closing to make sure everything worked, and were super nice the whole time. 10/10 would recommend them.

Does not take all legal forms of identification. LA Wallet is accepted by the police, banks, utility companies and every business in the area--including the other AT&T stores. This specific location does not accept it and they make you wait 20 minutes before you find out that they will not help you.

When you are in a situation where you are out of town and your phone is stolen, the last thing you want to do is deal with customer service and the false positives. Thanks to Yasmein, I experienced the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced in the 10+ years I've had AT&T! She not only crunched the numbers for me, but she explained every single detail, made everything affordable, placed all accessories on the device, set up the device for us and helped us erase the original device. Yasmein is the epitome of AWESOME customer service and we are completely grateful for her service.
