It’s been almost 1 year since I purchased my vehicle. My old vehicle was consistently costing me costly repairs, so it was time to splurge on a new vehicle. Safety and reliability were the most important factors. The choices were Subaru, Volkswagen, or Volvo. We visited all 3 dealerships, but was impressed with Volvo the most. They worked the hardest to make sure I was pleased, happy, all our needs were met, and they gave me the most for my trade-in. I ended up purchasing a vehicle, and the car was not ready the next day as promised. I had to wait 5 days for the vehicle, which really inconvenienced me being a single mom. When the vehicle was ready, I noticed that it was not cleaned thoroughly on the inside, there were coins, masks, candy stuck under the seats. Simply no attention to detail. It was not something that was presentable to a customer, especially in the age of Covid. Being that I needed a vehicle and had been without reliable transportation, I took it and cleaned it myself. I was totally disgusted. I brought the vehicle back a few weeks later and they did a good cleaning and also gave me a full tank of gas for the inconvenience. I’ve had my vehicle serviced 3 times and I must say that I’m most impressed with customer service. David Cerritelli, in customer satisfaction is amazing. He’s very thorough and responsive. The service team, Cole, and Wes are some of the best vehicle service agents that I have worked with. They’ve provided great service, even on their lunch break! As a woman, giving me advice, education, and little hacks is what I appreciate most. These simple gestures make my life easier. Once my license plate was loose and they fixed it without me having to ask. My trunk latch weirdly would sporadically not work, and my airbag module was on the brink of going out. They fought with the warranty company to replace both of those so that I only had to pay my deductible. That was amazing because I could not drive without both of those parts. I really really really appreciated that so very much, because it could’ve cost me easily another $5K. Just like at any shop, service is slow, but I rather quality over speed. All in all, I’m confident that they know what they are doing and most importantly are not a dealership trying to get over on customers! Thanks Bergeron for helping my family. We appreciate you!

I've been a Bergeron Volvo customer for several years now and have always been very pleased! Wesley and Kelsey and crew in service are always helpful and accommodating as they can be. Thank you for continuing to provide customer service which can be a rare commodity in these times!

I bought my Volvo from Bergeron and had my service done here several times. They've always been a bit unresponsive and unreliable. For example, forgetting to call me when the car is ready for pickup, forgetting to do the software update, not checking if an issue is actually fixed, etc. This year, my car needed the 50k mile service, wheel alignment, and the start/stop function fixed. It took them 3 days. They claimed to fix the start/stop function, charging me $220 for a new battery, but it's still broken.Edit: Bergeron responded to my review and asked me to call a number. I called, it went to voicemail, I left a voicemail, and Bergeron never called me back. I tried again two days later and it went to voicemail again.

I had a great experience with Bergeron Volvo Service. Kelsey was super honest and very helpful. They did a great job on service. By the way, they hand washed my wife's XC90.

I have owned 2 volvos and leased another and while I would love to buy and engage with the new orleans location, I would rather drive to another state. The service is always deplorable. I have never felt welcomed at this location. When trying to buy 3 years ago, during the pandemic the worker acted bothered by my presence and questions. Eventually, I leased from Volvo in atlanta. When returning my lease today in New orleans, I was made to wait 1 hour in total for a simple paper process that I called about in advance. It appeared that no one wanted to help me and William was not apologetic for the long wait I had to endure. I will buy my next vehicle out of state as always.

I was in New Orleans for my dad's funeral and blew out a tire going home when my mom was having a meltdown. I live in Florida. This dealership was so responsive and so wonderful. I swear if I buy another car I'm driving from Florida back to Metairie They were so helpful. Had my car fixed in 30 minutes and did not gouge me on the price. I can't thank everyone there enough and if I could give them 10 stars, I would

I had a great experience with Bergeron Volvo. You can always tell about someones character when the deal doesn't work.Jeff and Mike at Bergeron were incredibly helpful, communicative, and honest. I ended up finding another car at another dealership in my state, but REALLY enjoyed working with Jeff and Mike. Even when i told them I found a different car they were very professional and didn't try to convince me i was making a bad decision buying from somewhere else. Very good characters. I would give these guys a chance anytime you can

Horrible service, made APPOINTMENT to get oil changed and they left me sitting in lobby for 5 hours. Get your Volvo serviced somewhere else. Absolutely horrible customer serviceUpdate: they reached out and made good on the experience we had there, but now will not answer the phone in service both me and wife has tried to make appointments on several occasions and could never get someone to pick up phone. Was hopeful after they made good but I took my business to All Star Volvo, will not ever buy another vehicle here.

We brought out Volvo in for a safety recall ( all 4 internal door latch) and upon arrival we noticed that the windows and door handles did not work as when we dropped it off. My wife spoke to the service advisor which was very rude to my wife. After that she contacted the general manager (bill Thomas) and the service manager (bill Christina) and they told us the would have a technician look at it the following day. They returned a call saying they they found a wire inside the door panel that had gotten broken. But I'm assuming that the wire shorted out while they were doing the recall and Burnt up the module/computer. They explained to my wife it would cost 1,700+. After this was told to us we called and left many messages to a mclean bergeron without no response. Bottom line this car was dropped off in great condition with everything working and now they have us backed into a corner. Thank you for considering help in this matter.

So this dealership must not be in the business of selling cars. they have a New 2022 VolvoXC90 Recharge Plug-In Hybrid T8 Inscription Extended Range for $80k on their site, but wait it's not new it's a demo with over 3,500 miles on it and the manager Bill Thomas refuses to reduce it or even negotiate. I later called and spoke to another sales person who went as low as 78K, but when I countered his offer he ghosted me. If they don't want to accept an offer at least have the decency and professionalism to tell me so not just ignore me. what is this dealership staffed with 3rd graders? This is the type of dealer you should stay away from if they're willing to teat you this way before they sell you the car what happens after you sign the papers?

I purchased a Volvo XC40 and it was my first Volvo purchase but I can tell you it won’t be my last. The General Manager, Bill, salesman, Billy, and the finance manager all gave A 1 Service from the moment I walked into the building. There were little to none wait times and it was the best car buying experience I EVER had! Thanks Bergeron Volvo for everything!
