Let me tell you about Harold. He rules. He fixed my monitor display issue. I called him, he told me to meet him at his shop, and he fixed my issue. It was an embarrassingly minor issue, I’m ashamed to even claim I know anything about computers. And he fixed it for me, right then and there. Right in front of me. It didn’t take long. I will absolutely be bringing to him any larger issue that I may have in the future.

Harold was recommended to me by a friend when I needed to upgrade to a new laptop and purchase a new printer. He gave me excellent guidance in selecting a new laptop and was extremely helpful and professional in setting up the new equipment. I greatly appreciated the care that he took in making sure that everything was done thoroughly and that I felt comfortable with the new equipment. I have only the highest praise for Harold and the level of service that he provides.

My 7-yr old laptop stopped working and I called Harold Dulitz at Best Tech Computer Services to get it repaired. He accessed my computer remotely and diagnosed that I should buy a new one. He suggested a particular brand and model, and even searched the internet for the best price! After purchasing it and bringing it to his shop, he transferred the data from my old laptop. I am very happy with the new one. He is great to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and very patient with a senior citizen who has very limited computer skills.

Harold is honest and very informative. My son's laptop had some damage to the screen and hinges. He looked up the repair estimate for me and determined that I should not repair the laptop. It was not cost effective due to its age, but he was honest to let me know that it wasn't in my best interest. He then proceeded to go through similar laptop recommendations from HP, Dell, Leveno and even Costco. He gave some great tips for buying a new laptop for a college aged child and how their use. I truly appreciate the time he took to go through different models, that fit my budget. He didn't charge me anything for his time, just a good person lending his knowledge.

On Monday after Thanksgiving, my laptop wouldn't startup, which was a disaster. I work from home and the workload was high after the holiday week. I found Best Tech through Google reviews and distance from my home. Harold is the best. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and priced it very fairly.

Harold is a very kind and down to earth man who knows what’s going on and what’s up with computers. I had a power supply that I was even able to install while I was there! If anyone and I mean ANYONE is having computer issues or any other issues involving computers you go to him. Great service and I will definitely recommend him for other jobs. The man does not mess around. He will get your system up and running in no time!

Harold arrived at 9:45 AM and took great care to make sure he resolved my Microsoft Office 365 issue. He additionally Cleaned up my computer drives and got my computer running much faster. I am very satisfied with the professional service rendered.

I brought my computer in to get cleaned and fix for a high temperature problem it was having. It was fixed in under an hour looking brand new. Will be coming here for any computer issues or upgrades in the future!
