Bob's Lawnmower Shop is a well-established business in the New Orleans area that specializes in servicing and repairing lawn equipment, especially Walker mowers. The shop is known for its knowledgeable staff, with the owner being highly experienced and well-versed in professional lawncare equipment. Customers appreciate the straightforward and honest service, and many mention that the owner and staff always strive to make customers happy, even if they sometimes come across as rude or busy. The shop is often busy and can be dusty and grimy, reflecting its long-standing presence and the high volume of work for commercial landscaping businesses. Due to a significant shortage of qualified repair personnel and supply chain issues, work orders may be backed up, and obtaining parts or equipment can take some time. Despite these challenges, the shop remains the go-to place for lawn equipment in the area, offering services from repairs to sales of new equipment like Echo trimmers. Customers also value the helpfulness of staff, especially those in parts and sales, who often have parts in stock or can order them quickly. Overall, Bob's Lawnmower Shop is recognized for its expertise, dedication, and ability to meet the needs of lawncare professionals and local customers alike.
