She went above and beyond and made sure I got my vehicle back before I left to go on vacation even though they were booked for the week, it was a last minute decision to change my wheels to gloss black and she made them look like I purchased new black wheels. I highly recommend her and Fix Dat Dent everyone was so kind and welcoming.”

I brought my vehicle to them, Ronnie was the Consummate Professional. They filled me in on everything that’s was being done mechanical and cosmetic wise to the vehicle as well as communicating with me on updates and timeline of completion of the work.
The work done was GREAT!!! Car now runs GREAT and The Paint Job and Detail LOOKS AMAZING!!! Looks and runs like brand new!!!

“I brought my vehicle in Saturday morning because several dash lights had illuminated including Check Engine. Richard Elvey was the only service advisor there and he couldn't have been nicer. He was able to do a quick diagnostic plug in and determine the general cause, and schedule me an appointment in a couple of days when all of the technicians are available. Skeleton crews on Saturday, which is pretty much every dealership. I also happened to see the previous negative post when I was trying to find their opening time and shared it with him. Like always, two sides to every story. And yes, he looked me in the eye. If he had done anything wrong, he wouldn't still be there. I have dealt with at least 3 service advisors there and I have found each to be trustworthy at how they explain my vehicle needs and whether it needs to be done immediately or if it can wait. They have also done what they could to help me on pricing for repairs a couple of times. I purchased my Forester there in 2014 and it has been serviced there ever since and is approaching 100k. Of course we all want the cost to be minimal, but it is what it is. Still better than forking over for a new ride. You can trust him and them is coming from 9 years of experience.”
“I really can not say enough amazing things about Whitey. I have been blown away by my dealings with Altraquick. Whitey is straight forward, honest and very hard working. If he says he's going to do something, it gets done PLUS some extra. To deal with a car guy that I just KNEW was an honest straight shooter was such a relief. Then, on top of that, he does AMAZING WORK!! He is more than fair with pricing and does go the extra mile. My car literally glimmered in the sun. He even touched up some nicks and scrapes on other parts of the car just because he had some extra paint and he is just that nice of a guy. My hubby's car needs body work done next and it's more involved than mine was. We're already on Whitey's calendar to bring his car in soon.
Obviously, his services are not something you want to HAVE to get, but I can whole heartedly say he's the best I've ever really with and he's on my speed dial for anytime I need him.
He is a pleasure to work with and has a quick turn around time. Altraquick and Whitey are the real deal!”

“OK, guys, 10 stars if I could! I rarely write reviews, but I absolutely had to write a review for this crew that took care of my vehicle. I’m not a friend, acquaintance, etc, but did alot of review research on the web before deciding to take my truck to Expressway for repairs. I didn’t realize there was a company still in existence that would deliver such impressive service. From the initial phone call to the time I picked up my repaired vehicle, this group was unbelievable. Joey, Derek and Kim were extremely professional, courteous, and always super responsive to my phone calls and emails. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and often called to keep me up to date on the repair progress. I made an unannounced stop at the shop to check in and they were happy to walk me through the shop to see where they were in the process. The repairs were done timely as promised and the service and communication throughout the process were awesome. The repairs were top notch, perfect paint match. The guys had my truck washed up looking brand new when I picked it up. If you are ever in need of a top notch body/paint repair shop, Expressway is the place without a doubt. “We were driving and pulling a UHaul trailer from Texas to Georgia when the check engine light came on just before 5 pm as we were passing through New Orleans. To make matters worse it was Labor Day. Luckily S&I was open that day and until 6 pm. The owner was so kind and took pity on us. He ran a computer check of our truck engine and eventually replaced a belt. He didn’t have the belt at his garage and personally drove to a supply store to buy it. The cost for parts and labor was very reasonable. He could have justifiably charged much more for the emergency repair. Within a couple of hours we were once again headed for Georgia. Without S&I, our trip would have been delayed at least a day and we would have missed our daughter’s scheduled move in to her dorm at college. Such kindness is in very short supply nowadays and we will be forever grateful.”
“I rated Fremin's 5 star on 12/23/2015 and I'm rating them again. I screwed up my car the same way for a second time in less than 2 months. Brought it back to Fremin's and each time I picked it up, the car looked brand new!
