I went to the Dave Drive location, and the woman who works there. Alicia was such a pleasure. I’m very educated on her information about boost and working and I went to several different locations before that one and she was the only one who gave me accurate information and helps me the most. If it wasn’t for her I would’ve spent hundreds of more dollars and I’ve had to. She is always polite and respectful and goes out of her way to help. She took the time to help me understand what I was asking and helps me learn what I need to know that I didn’t about phones in my account and purchases any questions I had she Answered correctly and patiently most of all, I will always go back to that location as long as Alicia is working there

If I could give them zero stars I would. They have a no refund policy which isn't stated in the store or on the receipt. I bought a phone for my wife as a surprise gift for her. She didn't like the phone so I tried to bring it back for a refund, which was when I was conveniently told about the no refund policy. Any other Boost mobile that is not owned by Zeen wireless would have refunded my money. All other Boost mobile stores have a 5 day refund policy to return your phone if you don't like it. Like the Boost mobile store on Veterans blvd In kenner. I bought a phone from that store a few years ago and didn't like it and returned it for a different phone with no problems. If you want a great Boost mobile store experience go to the store on Veterans Blvd in Kenner.

Oh I love going to this place on David drive the girl is very sweet an so respectful great employee knows what she's selling an speaking off wouldn't want to live New Orleans with out thanking her enough for helping me Her name is Alicia if I'm not mistaken she's amazing go to her for anything she very helpful ! Great atmosphere

Do not buy ANYTHING from this store. I got a bad phone, it was junk right out the box. Somehow the box got thrown away and I have the receipt. They won't even let me do a trade. Won't help, said its my problem!!! $125 down the drain over a box!!! The employees are rude and I wouldn't want anyone to have to deal with these jerks. Call there and see how crappy you get treated. I've never seen such an unprofessional bunch of jackasses. Apparently they don't need people's business so why are they even there? They could care less if you buy anything and WON'T help you if you need it. Please believe, don't waste your money here. They are horrible!!!

This place is a joke. I came to this store because i wanted to switch my phone. There were a guy, and a girl who i remember that goes by Sam (might be wrong). She was the sweetest. But on the other hand the guy was rude. He kept talking on the phone while Sam was trying to help me. She told me that he was training her and to excuse her if she was a bit slow. Which i understand. But what i don't understand is the guy who instead of teaching this poor girl he was screaming over the phone in arabic and than just went to the back. Eventually something went wrong with my activation. I went home and came back later to check on it. And the guy made a mistake when he was charging me, that in my face he told the girl that she had to pay 30$ for the mistake. I told her not to pay because it was his fault not hers. And he started to threatening her, saying that he was going to get her fired. He just left the store and went outside and just kept screaming over the phone while Sam was trying to set up my new phone. Com' on boost! How do expect your employees to learn? Just a shame.

They do not back up/guarantee what they sell, especially accessories for your phone that can be defective or is falling apart after two months of use. You are better off shopping for phone accessories at Big Lots or Wal-Mart, at least they back up/guarantee what they sell and are cheaper in price with better quality. Buyer Beware....
