I bought a car from them. From the beginning it seemed like who needed to sign something or approve something was either out for the day or out to lunch. I have a 2019 Subaru Outback. My radio was not working properly. I brought my car in and left it there. After two weeks they finally told me there was a back order on the part. They finally got the radio after 3 months. They called and said if I could not come within 3 days they had to send it back. I could get there. They sent it back. I called a couple of few months later and asked them to reorder it. I was told it was reordered and would receive a text confirmation. I did not.I called back a couple of weeks later. Again I was told it would be reordered and would receive a confirmation. I did not.I called back. They said there was record that it was ordered. The person was out and would call me back. They did not.Now they want me to bring my car in for an appointment to check my mileage. To order a radio? They say that is the protocol.This has been a long, frustrating, time and money wasting process.The radio is under warranty so I have to go through Subaru. They are the only Subaru dealer within 30 miles.They will waste your time and money and do not care about good customer service.

The staff were very friendly and met me as I arrived. They provided me with updates about the progress on the work being done. I am happy to recommend Bryan Subaru.

I have visited this dealership twice in an 8 year period and have never ended up buying a car with honestly no explanation other than they just don't want to. First time 8 years ago an older gentleman, very nice btw, spoke with me for a little while and he ultimately concluded "You are not ready to be a Subaru owner but we have planted the seeds of something in the future." I ended up buying something else at roughly the same price. I go back again last month and this time a different man seems like I am wasting his time. I am pre-approved for my financing and I can afford half of the cars on the lot. Still was turned away. I don't know what is going on there. Like, is it a club/cult and you need to be a member? These are station wagons not Ferraris. I bought a more expensive car with Carvana and I am satisfied. I guess I'll never be ready......

My wife and I are elementary school teachers on a road trip before school starts. Our 2023 Subaru had a bunch of warning lights go off on a Sunday. I went to Bryan Subaru first thing Monday morning and explained our situation, but the service department said they wouldn’t look at my new car before we were scheduled to leave. Avoid this dealership.

I had an excellent experience buying my used car at Bryan Subaru. My salesman (Joe Alaimo) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They made the car buying process easy and I would not hesitate to recommend Bryan Subaru to my family/friends.

I went to purchase a 2023 Crosstrek. Two salesmen were there. They both looked at one another, neither one of them greeted me. The First Gentleman told his colleague he had an appointment coming in. So he stood up from his desk. His body language said it all. I told him I was interested in Crosstrek sport model. He said he didn't have any in stock at the moment. ( There was a white one outside in front!) He gave me a brochure. I went home with the BROCHURE and ordered my Crosstrek from a Dealership out of State!! Two LAZY SALESMAN LOST AN EASY SALE!!

I always have exceptional service at Bryan Subaru even though I did not purchase my vehicle there. The service representatives are friendly and thorough. The service is always quick and efficient. This is my first Subaru and if I were not so old it would not be my last! I will stick with the Subaru brand because of how I have been treated by Bryan Subaru!

Hands down best car buying experience.Nothing is even a close 2nd.Terry S, Jeff R, Bobby, and the F&I staff were all great to deal with.Nothing overpromised.Nothing under delivered.More than a 70 mile trip each way for me.There are at least two dealers closer and I'll gladly make that every time.Thank you guys.

I would like to leave my honest review of my experience with Bryan Subaru in Metairie, Louisianna. Mike In USED sales is a straight shooter and so is the sales mgr. (sorry I forgot his name but he's the paperwork man). I'am from the Florida panhandle and drove past 100's of other car dealers to purchase my new to me 2015 Chrysler Town & Country Limited Platinum minivan with only 53,000 original miles on it. I searched for months for this specific model and trim van with the lowest mileage I could and this was the winner. There was no pushy sales pitch for dealer financing and they didn't have a problem with my loan pre-approval letter from my credit union. First question I had was "How much are the dealer fees?". Mike didn't try to hide anything. He came right out with it. I'am very sensitive of dealers charging "Dealer Fees" on top of everything else these days. While there was still something like a $495 fee, this dealer and employees earned it. They don't just slap a for sale sign on your used car and send you packing. If something needs to be fixed or its just standard general maintenance and upkeep, they address it and make the necessary repairs. The total vehicle price was pretty much book price, but the value and care they put into the vehicle before the sale were worth it. Going forward, I will check out what Bryan Subaru has to offer FIRST. I would advise anyone reading this review to check here first.Russell Bauridel

I brought my vehicle in Saturday morning because several dash lights had illuminated including Check Engine. Richard Elvey was the only service advisor there and he couldn't have been nicer. He was able to do a quick diagnostic plug in and determine the general cause, and schedule me an appointment in a couple of days when all of the technicians are available. Skeleton crews on Saturday, which is pretty much every dealership. I also happened to see the previous negative post when I was trying to find their opening time and shared it with him. Like always, two sides to every story. And yes, he looked me in the eye. If he had done anything wrong, he wouldn't still be there. I have dealt with at least 3 service advisors there and I have found each to be trustworthy at how they explain my vehicle needs and whether it needs to be done immediately or if it can wait. They have also done what they could to help me on pricing for repairs a couple of times. I purchased my Forester there in 2014 and it has been serviced there ever since and is approaching 100k. Of course we all want the cost to be minimal, but it is what it is. Still better than forking over for a new ride. You can trust him and them is coming from 9 years of experience.

We had a great experience with the Service Center at Bryan Subaru this week. Visiting New Orleans and needing some minor repairs to our Outback, they scheduled us next day, received us warmly and turned us around while we went to get breakfast. Fixed our problems identified and more that we failed to notice. Very reasonable pricing. Richard Elvey was very helpful and is a great Service Advisor!

Dealership was great when I bought my Subaru, but the Subaru Service Department is something special! They were so accommodating, especially for my 1 year old. There was a whole fancy play area designed by our local Children's Museum that had so many fun things to do that I wanted to send my son there for daycare. I actually asked (mostly as a joke) and was told a daycare is not in their future unfortunately.There were snacks, juice, and drinks while we waited too. My child had a blast and didn't want to leave! That says a lot. Thanks, Subaru.

The Service Advisor, Brian Guzzardi, was incredibly helpful, kind, informative, and took a great amount of care and time in addressing my service questions and vehicle concerns. He looked into each concern with attention and respect, and when explaining functions of my vehicle, he was respectful and informative without being patronizing. A rare gem of a person and experience when dealing with automotive shops. The service office was spacious and very clean and I was pleasantly surprised with the variety and quality of complimentary beverages and snacks available for customers. The children's area was incredible, rivaling that of an excellent daycare or even children's museum with the large cardboard constructed tree and car with sitting and play areas. An excellent experience. I'll be sure to return here for my Subaru service.
