“My husband got us both a membership in Dallas. My family lives here in Metairie so I stopped in twice this week to clean the truck while visitingthe area. It's easy, the machine does a great job washing the outside and we love using the cleaners for the inside. My friends comment on how clean my cars is and that it smells so nice!! You can't go wrong with Take 5 and the Metairie location is great. The people who work there are so nice and helpful especially their assistant manager!!!”
“I 100% recommend Pierre’s detailing service. Communication was excellent from initial questions and scheduling through confirming the appointment day. His work is impeccable. I was most bothered by carpet staining from multiple coffee spills, food all over my minivan and the black exterior, which just takes a beating in general. He got the vehicle truly looking and smelling showroom clean and I truly mean every fan vent crevice door crevice seat, crevice, I appreciate attention to detail, which is what you expect in a job like this and he surpassed it. Will use again and recommend to others.”

“Tyrone was exceptionally friendly and professional. I brought in a recently purchased used car with the smell of cigarettes and ash in all the nooks and crannies I just could not reach. I never thought I'd get the smell and ash out, but Tyrone and his team did! A friend rode in the car for the first time after and confirmed I had not become nose blind, she couldn't smell it at all! Tires were sparkling as well.
Editing to add after reading other reviews, I actually purchased my service at a discounted rate through Groupon and well, expected to get what I paid for at a lower price. I was pleasantly surprised the quality of service I received was not sacrificed despite the discount and felt the full price would have been justified. Inside and out, I was satisfied. Also, I was told to expect 2-3 hours and right on time received a text 2.5 hours after dropoff my vehicle was ready for pickup.”

“I massacred hundreds of bugs on my hood/windshield and so brought my car in to clean it. I used the brush and asked for help because they weren’t coming off. The manager, Wes I believe, cut me a *fresh sponge* and showed me the bug water. (Apparently the enzymes break down bugs). If all of that wasn’t kind enough, he helped me with a tire that was going flat. Keep in mind it was like 95 degrees out and this man was out there helping me. Then sent me through the wash again at no extra charge. They really went above and beyond here! 10 stars.”
