Horrible customer service. Went in to open a checking account at 4pm and was told it’s too late. Mind you they are open 9am-5pm. The lady said I can schedule an appointment for tomorrow. I said fine, I get off at 3:30pm and can be here by 4pm. She then said we can’t do it. I thought I was at a bank and not a fast food place. Closing should say 4pm it y’all would like to stop working at 4pm. Thank goodness Capital One accepted me as a client at 4:30 with no issues.

Saying "it was a long process" doesn't give it justice. The employees at this branch helped me SO MUCH. I was beyond frustrated with my account and they really went above and beyond to get me access to my funds. I'd like to give a shout out to Evelyn Pineda , Daniella Irula and Eddie Timmons. Highly Recommend this location.

Rude, condescending, smug, and unhelpful private client banker. The guy who looks like an arab or Indian. Didnt catch his name. 1 star isnt low enough. Switching branches for sure.

Had a meeting scheduled with Mr. Halford Paes. Because of the time I scheduled he said to come back tomorrow because it wouldn't be enough time (He had a lunch break for 12pm). I didn't make a fuss about it because I will not put my business in the hands of someone who doesn't take pride in their job. So I went home and canceled the rescheduled appointment. I'm not upset, but I did think that it was distasteful of him. Do better by your clients.

Very rude and disrespectful banker. Has no clue how to deal with people, constantly talking over customers. Branch manager is very friendly but unfortunately has some very poor and apparently unqualified individuals working under her.

Very hard to get in touch with. Endless round and round with automated receptionist. Answer the phone! Very frustrating. Are we just giving up on customer service in this country. The bigger a company gets the worse the customer service??

Horrible customer service. I've been robbed of NSF charges because they removed it from my account which I wasn't notified. I spoke with a so call bank manager. I knew I wasn't going to go well when looked at me like a crack head with issues. She was unpleasantly rude, obnoxious and nasty. I'm persuading it further, if they think I'm going away their mistaken.

Don’t come here if you want help. Only 3 people in the giant office. The woman helped the man in front of me then disappeared. Then a different woman came out to let him in the copy room & they both disappeared while I stood in line for 20 minutes calling out for help trying to get anyone’s attention. The woman in the cubical didn’t even acknowledge me or the growing line behind me. A very frustrating experience.

The previous reviews were totally correct. I wouldn't give them any more than 2 and 1/2 Stars. The person who identified herself as a manager didn't have a name tag, so I don't know her name. But she was rude and not helpful at all. I tried to get a check cashed, and didn't realize I didn't have enough money in the account. I understand that they can't cash it. However, they endorsed it and told me that they canceled the endorsement, which is true. But what they didn't tell me is that the check was pretty much worthless anywhere where I would take it because of the cancelled endorsement. Of course, since she didn't want to be part of the solution and was set on being part of the problem, she wouldn't even acknowledge that they should check the account before endorsing a check. I think this would be a fairly prudent thing to do. It just goes to show that these big Banks really don't give a damn about the people who frequent the place. They only want their money and whatever outrageous fees they can apply to your account. Just a side note, she said that it takes an hour to open an account. Which is either a bunch of crap, or supports the fact that brick-and-mortar banks are inefficient. She then told me an online account could be done in 5 minutes. I understand how detrimental to her job that could be. Perhaps she will understand when she is replaced by a machine. The only thing she did with any efficiency was close my account after I asked her to. Maybe all Chase Banks aren't like this, but if you have a choice on which bank to go to, the Chase Bank on Severn Avenue in Metairie is not the one if you're looking for good customer service.

Horrible customer service atm took my money but never posted it to my account called then bank they say the atm are out of their control that I would have to make a claim called back to ask to speak to the store manager got hunged up on called back again and now no one is answering. They are saying it's not even showing up on my account at all

Friend (who is a customer at this bank) parked here after business hours, used the ATM, and went to get take-out down the street. Came back 15 minutes later to find his car towed. Bank would not reimburse for the towing. This is not a good sign for how trustworthy these people are-- they should reimburse for towing fees + taxi if their customer was towed.

This branch is always friendly and fast when it come to my personal or business needs. Today I came in for menial issue and visited with Mr. H, he helped and took care of my needs and questions as promptly as possible. I also had a few questions that I couldn't find answers to online and he answered them without a beat. This is the most enjoyable branch ive come across thus far.

Whenever you go there for help, they would tell you to call customer service or there will be a long wait. The person next to me just told them he is going to other chase branch, and they were like "yea you can do that" 😡😡😡. I am done with chase.
