The drive through for pharmacy shouldn’t take almost thirty minutes with only two cars in line . Ridiculous I will be finding a new pharmacy to fill my prescriptions .

This store has to be one of the worst in CVS's entire chain. No help and always trying to charge me an outrageous amount for my prescription even when I show them the cost on the Humana website. Awful service.

AS USUAL, I HAD A VERY GOOD, PLEASANT EXPERIENCE AT CVS.
THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN AND NEAT. THE SHELVES WERE STOCKED AND ORDERLY. EVERYTHING WAS IN ITS PLACE, AND WELL MARKED.
THE PHARMACY WORKERS WERE VERY HELPFUL AND WELL INFORMED.
CVS IS A GREAT PLACE TO SHOP. I PLAN ON DOING IT AGAIN, SOON!!!

My doctor sent prescription to the CVS pharmacy when I was in their office so that it would be ready for me to pick up when I arrived. When I arrived at CVS about 45 minutes later, they had not even begun filling the presciption. And there were no issues causing the delay such as insurance. They just did not do it. CVS pharmacies are suppossed to begin processing a prescription as soon as they receive the prescription electronically or via phone call. I am fed up with CVS.

Great stock, easy to find what you need, helpful staff when you have questions, and you can't beat the coupons. But that horrendous shrill sound when someone enters is unnerving. I'd love to hear what an ENT would have to say about it.

Terrible. If you're paying cash go to Walgreens instead and don't waste your time here. The employees said there was no cash in their drawer and the cash machine was broken, she rebooted it 3 times and it never worked

I was shocked to enter my neighborhood CVS this evening and be greeted so friendly. Usually I only trust the pharmacy ladies because they’re the only ones nicely willing to help the front people are just always rude and unwelcoming but not today. I’m sure the young lady was the manager and she helped me tremendously without complaint or urgency so friendly and welcoming, she helped other customers in between and even returned to help me. I was having a face eczema flare-up crisis and she made my week. Thank you so much(sorry I didn’t get your name but you went above and beyond) BIG THANKS FOR THE AQUAPHOR recommendation it worked like a charm-just as you stated-I’ll be back soon!!

CVS pharmacy on Cleary is the best. Especially noteable is Janelle, who knows me and my kids by name and will go out of her way to help me. Feels like a neighborhood pharmacy!

CVS on Cleary in Metairie, LA. I really enjoy the employees there. Especially, the pharmacy. I have notice Danielle, Janelle amongst the other crew. They are very detailed,kind, hospitable and thorough. are in need of more pharmacy staff. It’s as though each staff member is working beyond the call of duty. They must be tired. And the lines can be very long. With such short staff. I hope they get a raise. I think they deserve a raise. Or more coworkers.

I had to be sure to comment about the CVS on corner of Napoleon & Clearly. Location was clean & well supplied. But MOST imp., I wanted to compliment the associate on duty that p.m. around 630. She was exceptional & I was SO impressed. It also meant a great deal to me that she noticed i was having trouble entering with my cane. She was able to find me a basket - which REALLY helped me shop there. She was also helpful when I was leaving.
I know I will certainly make a point of bringing my business there more often!!

If I could give this location no stars I would !! They need to hire a new General Manager cause Shawn Sean however you spell his name has an extremely horrible staff!! Lisa you the manager or supervisor at night !! Get your staff together .store employees are lazy as hell. Don’t ever wanna go get or look for what’s needed !!! This a 24 hour location where the customer has to help themselves !!
