Brought them 3 scripts that were particularly important for a tonsillectomy. The pharmacist reassured me that they had them and I could pick up day after Christmas. Tonsillectomy was the next day, 27th...I get the text and go to pick up and they only gave me 1 script filled. I asked if they just ran out of the other 2 and she said no there is only 1 script in the computer for me. The tech checked and checked and couldn't find the physical copies and had no explanation for essentially losing my 2 other ones. One being hydrocodone. ? so i had to go to 4 other pharmacies after the doctors office because they cannot just call in those particular rx. I had to provide a physical paper. Don't waste your time here. I hate to say that this place hasnt been the same since it was c's but this go round was too real for me. Too inconsistent. Nola discount had everything AND was nice!

Since I've joined their loyalty program I've become a regular customer. This CVS location is a little run down and the store layout is kind of wonky, but with all the rewards offered I can overlook those things. I use the app and download the coupon savings and cash rewards to my account. The savings are significant. For $5 per month I receive a $10 cash reward. There are additional perks that pop up randomly. Things like 40% off one item, or 30% off my whole order. Also, there are times when service has been an issue. They seem to be shorthanded quite often.

This is particularly about the tall red headed pharmacy tech that works there. I am generally very laid back and easy going customer. She screamed at me across the pharmacy area that they were closing for lunch even though they were still open and taking customers. I will move my prescriptions to another location from here on out.Night crew was very nice.

This is a very convenient store for me to shop in. The employees are courteous and patient. The store is just the right size. They have a variety of items to purchase.

Very negative experience. Went to pick up a prescription at night for my sick toddler, waited 30 minutes patiently to get back in line and check on status of it being filled to decide if I should come back or not and both pharmacy tech and pharmacist extremely rude and laughed in my face for asking.

Adriana an alleged supervisor was really rude. Nasty attitude, was on her phone, and instead of helping get customers out she decided to keep chit chatting and using her phone…..

This was at one time the best CVS pharmacy on Vets. However, lately they have hired a new staff in the pharmacy department. The new team needs to be re-trained in the professional use of customer service. Their work area appears unorganized and orders are never ready on time. Many seniors use this pharmacy and the staff needs to exercise more patience and respect to its loyal customers.

Needs to hire more employees. One employee can’t manage the entire pharmacy alone. The lines are excessively long and the cashier in the pharmacy talks too much. She sees the line is long and hold unnecessary conversations. No one helps her they walk back and forth looking at the long lines. Some of us work and come their on breaks. It shouldn’t take that long to check someone out.

Customer Service Associate by the name of Raven was texting on her phone prior to my mother's checkout. When my mother gave her my CVS Health care card information she said she there was nothing on it ($10 off reward and extra bucks reward). I then asked her is she able to type in the number she said that she couldn't. I knew this was not true because I've had the number of my card entered manually multiple times. I then told her I will come to the store and to cancel my mother's order. She then told me she couldn't cancel the order- I replied yes you can I'm on my way. I drove all the way to the location, used self checkout and was able to use all of my discounts. Raven was very disrespectful. She discussed the issue among two other associates when I arrived and they laughed as if it was a funny matter. Prior to my arrival, my mother told me she called her rude and "she was not dealing with that". As a frequent shopper at CVS I've never received so much disrespect at any location than I did with this particular associate. When I asked her name she also caught an attitude. I'm unimpressed with her behavior and her lack of effort to resolve the issue and action needs to be taken.

We went in this afternoon for passport photos. One of the female employees was incredibly helpful. She took each of our photos and made sure that they met all of the specifications before we checked out. We were so grateful for her help and patience! I also love the convenience of the self checkout at this location.
