I used to love this CVS !!! I go out of my way to come to this one and the last few months, they are never opening the drive thru on time, complain about opening it (last time I came), and I’m usually sitting here waiting forever for them to come to the window. Last time I waiting 30 mins and had to call the manager inside. Made me go inside when I was not dressed to come inside and leave baby in car. Soooo disappointed in this location now :(

Most of the time CVS works for me. I would like for CVS higher ups to ensure that their messages regarding medication availability is correct.

completely inept. Wish I did not HAVE to get my prescriptions here, but it's required by my ins. co.Terribly rude. Go to Vinnie's across the street!!

Myself and my children get our medications filled at this CVS. We have bad nothing but positive experiences, our medications are always ready and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I’m sitting here cracking up at some of these other reviews I have read. I find most people who complain are ones not getting what they want. Also, if you aren’t happy with the service provided, move your prescriptions to another pharmacy. Whining and complaining is not going to solve anything.

This woman has an attitude from hell, and also denied a customer life saving medication. I witnessed her tell a coworker “if it’s that bad call the suicide because we all die someday”. Then turned to me for reassurance for what she said, I Ofcourse ignored her and went about my business. 0/10 if I could rate this pharmacy

On 6/30, the new pharmacist on staff wouldn't even hear me or try listening to my concerns, AND THEY WOULDN'T EVEN CONTACT MY DOCTOR ABOUT MY TREATMENT REGIMEN. I've been getting my prescriptions, including my treatment combo, filled here for several years. This is just a job to them...they don't care about customer service nor patient care and certainly not wellness. Horrible and rude pharmacist. I take two medications for an ailment, but the pharmacist was so rude and dismissive about filling them. Zero customer service skills. Another reviewer on here mentioned that the pharmacist didn’t care that a customer needed a life-saving medication and had to wait 24 hours. This place is liable to be sued. Gonna file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau at least. Imagine a pharmacy experience so bad that you want to file an official complaint?!

The pharmacist and the tech were very rude about filling my prescription. I arrived 3 hours after my prescription was called in and she told me it would be an hour. I then went home and came back and was asked “did you get a text on your phone”?!?! I said I didn’t and she said well it’s not ready and is going to be another hour… The pharmacist was not willing to go the extra step to make a customer happy and was rude on top of that.

Horrible pharmacy staff! They are rude, angry, lying staff members who do not want to be at work - much less provide positive customer service. They often claim to not receive electronic prescriptions from your doctor and pass the blame on your doctors office calling them incompetent - even though you have electronic confirmations to show it was sent in. They do not answer the phone and are aggressive with customers in person and on phone. They decided to talk about me behind my back when I picked up a prescription since I challenged them earlier on phone on losing a prescription. One employee even said she was tired of it being so busy and mad that they became a 24 hour store and (quote African American cashier) “everybody and their momma comesHere now”. I will still come here because it is close to my home but will always expect nothing but drama and horrible customer service. I keep reporting them to CVS corporate and hopefully one day something will happen. They need to learn how to do their job and realize they are there to serve their customers who pay their salaries. Customer Service 101 people. It’s not hard.

It's at the point with this place that I play a little game where I decide which one of their employees is the rudest. It's almost like they are trolling you with how mean and standoffish they are. One word questions or answers, NEVER a hello or have a good day. Heaven forbid an ounce of customer service. I don't even want it to change because I want to start being overly nice to see how mad I can make them.

Outrageously terrible customer service from the pharmacy staff. It usually takes them several days to refill a medication as well. I recommend that you go anywhere but here.

Needed an emergency refill of my rescue inhaler since I'm traveling to the area. Not only was the technician rude but could not care that this is life saving medication. I was advised to wait 24 hours before it's ready.

I don't recommend going to this location. If it were one or two bad experiences I wouldn't even be writing this. I had this same experience MULTIPLE times... I go to the drive thru and after them letting me sit there for 10 minutes they come to the window and tell me that they can't wait on me because they are too crowded inside. If you don't have the staff to handle both inside and outside, why not put a sign out and close the drive thru if that's the case? Very frustrating. I have switched my prescriptions to another pharmacy.
