Been coming here for 10+ years. Dr Tanya is great along with the nurses in the back. Testing & bloodwork always a easy process. Always used the pharmacy on site. However, the last few times I've come to pick up my medicine, no one comes to the counter without you calling for them for help. Standing there for at least 10 minutes each time. There's a sign that states 'Please stand here until you are called to the window'. No one walks by until I say hello but then they get mad. Its not my fault they are not checking for someone waiting by the sign. I'm respecting the sign which is about 3 feet from the window. I just want to get my meds and go. I've been respectful obeying the sign but shouldn't have to wait 10+ minutes before I have to get someone's attention when no one else is in line.

Front desk people on causeway are really rude. If you’re not Hispanic, you don’t get any help.

Very bad service, these hateful nurses and the worst thing is that they are Hispanic, they also treat the patient badly.

This location is not organized @ all. I called and made an appointment and still waited. The check in line was a bit long. The front end staff doesn't seem to care. I would have to rate this facility a 1/5. The spanish speaking rep had on a mask and the other rep didn't. They wasn't patient friendly or approachable.

Very polite and professional. Accommodating as well. Andrea the MA is amazing and FNP Krystal Howard is so knowledgeable, attentive and personable. Glad I chose them for my healthcare!

Ugh, I hate this place. The only reason I come here is because I love my doctor. Every time I call, I get all the way down the que until they answer the call and then they hang up!! I can never get through! I am so irritated right now b/c I have an important, emergency message to my doctor.

I've been coming here for years. I love my Dr. I have had issues with the phones and front desk but there is new staff now. Yesterday's appt was the smoothest ever! I'm loving the changes since DePaul took over.

Have stage four cirrhosis of the liver been trying to get my doctor since last week asked to have a message sent still haven’t heard from her but every time I asked they never do it this is the worst people that work at that front desk this is horrible when some people are really sick, need my doctor doing badly
