Our agency has been doing business with Dial One Franklynn Pest Control for over 15 years. They have always been professional and their technicians have gone above beyond for us. They schedule our jobs in a very timely manner and their technicians show up on time or early to the job.One of their technicians, Mr. Tony DiGiovanni (sp?) has been doing the pest control at 3 of our locations for over 15 years. He is always professional. courteous and respectful. He arrives on time or early for every appointment. I was so impressed with him that when my son needed pest control services at his home, I recommended Mr. Tony. As a result of Mr. Tony's sterling work with my agency, my son contracted with Dial One for his pest control service. He has been impressed with Mr. Tony's service and punctuality. They talk a good service, but don't deliver. On the first visit, the technician refused to treat one area, with piping into bath tub. Of course, cockroaches continued to infiltrate bathroom and adjoining rooms. Refused to come back and provide proper service. Switched to J&J and am thrilled I did so. They deliver!THIS IS IN RESPONSE TO DIAL ONE:I do not have a termite treatment warranty. and explained that repeatedly to the technician. Next company treated that area, and difference was incredible.

i live in New Orleans. Bugs and pests are usually a daily part of our lives. Working with Franklynn Pest Control over the last couple years has made those issues a thing of the past. The technician checks in regularly and is very flexible for our busy schedule. We get services a few times a year and bug and rodent issues are no longer. They even handled a bee hive situation for a friend! ( I got a jar of honey! )Seriously, if you live in Metairie, New Orleans, Kenner, or anywhere around here, give them a shout. My brother in law Mr. Ahmed couldn’t stop talking about how dial one was so detailed & caring with their inspection of his house. They were very considerate of my brother in law livestock specifically his chickens. They were so respectful & thoughtful towards my family. My uncle James Faust was impressed with how detailed Mr Ronald & Mr William inspection of his house. That they found a ac leak that was dripping over an electrical panel & he was able to get it looked at. The lengths these gentlemen went to let my uncle know this. We brought in Dial One when another company wasn't able to get the pests in our facility under control. Chris came in and was extremely thorough and professional. In less than 24 hours of our first treatment, we started seeing immediate results finding lots of dead bugs and seeing even fewer live ones.
