I came in to RESHIP a pair of shoes I purchased from ShoeforCrews.This isn't my first time doing this because I couldn't get the correct size.Last time I reshipped my shoes there was no issue.For whatever reason the black woman with the black & gray braids with glasses says I have to pay for a box to ship the shoes in.Here's the thing they're LITERALLY SHIPPED THEM IN TO ME IN THIS SAME BOXBUT I HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP THEM IN A NEW BOX (their box, of course)TF.Shoes for crews stated that this was free shipping.Why do I have to pay for a new box?!I'm just not understanding cause this lady saying that they (Fed Ex) can't ship in this box cause it's a shoebox.I'm like I guess so THEYRE SHOES!This gots to be the stupidest thing ever.I contacted customer service & they're no better.Can't understand a word of what they're saying because of their accents.I swear, Fed Ex must have went DEEP in2 the heartland of India to hire these peopleUr going to be saying "can u repeat that" & "Im sorry, I didn't understand what u just said" the whole conversation through. No help whatsoeverAll & all this was supposed to be a free shipment.I talked with shoes for crews & basically they said this is Fed Ex fault.I'm so frustrated.They ship it n this box then when u try to reship it YOU HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER BOX BECAUSE ITS N A SHOEBOX...BUT THE ITEMS N THE BOX ARE ACTUALLY SHOES!I feel like they just ripped me tf off!

I wanted to posted this on their website but I lost my receipt, however the service I received at this location; specifically from their representative Brie was outstanding! I had an unusual package that needed to be shipped for a wedding and she and another Rep made sure that I could fit what I needed in the right box and that it arrived safely and intact at its destination.

I needed to return a cell phone to the distributor with a long list of ridiculous steps , special box special tape , I had to get them to print out the shipping label that was sent they didn't have the certain box in size I needed but helped me find a suitable one . The directions were very long and confusing but NICK was so very helpful, courteous, and patient while easily explaining anything I was sure of and helped the process go fast. I was very impressed.. NICK needs a raise. ?Since the shipping label was for ups I had to drop it there after dealing with FedEx and ups doesn't even compare ups had one job and I'm still fighting with them. I'll definitely be back to FedEx for all my shipping etc needs.

Definitely just okay. They were nice but FedEx does not offer ANY free boxes to ship ground. You can't even get one of their bags for free on ground. But they will take boxes from anywhere including Amazon and USPS. This meant I had to wait a couple of days and make two trips but voila! My package is in the mail.

Employees were very nice and helpful. The company, however, is ridiculously overpriced! I had to send a 5 pound box to England. The cost was $228! The employee who was helping me said it's because they have to put the box on a plane, and planes cost more. Well, I'm sure the post office uses planes, as well! I never realized how much more expensive they were than the post office. I looked online and UPS was only $10 cheaper. So I went to the post office, which I usually use. It was $82. Not cheap, but way cheaper than the others.

My crew and I were working the Zurich Golf tournament last week and needed to ship 8 very large and heavy cases of broadcast equipment as soon as the tourney ended. This location was the only one open on Sunday until 6pm. We rushed and made it there 15 minutes before they closed. I was expecting them to be not happy we were last minute with all this gear. But Nick, at the counter was so pleasant and happy to help us. If we had not made this location I'm not sure what we would have done as we had early flights the next morning. Thanks Nick, and for the management of this store - I hope you are good to this kid because he is an asset.

I always have a good experience here! I have used it a few times to print something or mail something off. Everyone is always eager to help. I dread running these types of errands but every time I come here I am relieved that it’s easier and quicker than I was expecting.

I visited this location for the first time today and a very polite young man, I believe his name was Armond, assisted me. He was great! Too often businesses receive negative reviews for poor customer service, so great customer service certainly deserves a shout out.

Wow! Sad how this place went from customer service centric to that you almost feel you're bothering them! LOL! Kinko's should have never sold to FedEx. FedEx leadership should all be replaced as everything they touch now is terrible!

Hey it's a FedEx in Ship and Print you come here to pick up, print or ship something. The purchase of my visit was to ship some Pelican Cases. Which went well without any issues. Customer service was okay.

Most of the staff I encountered here were very polite and professional. Had a rude worker when trying to ship something. She was at an open desk, so I walked up as no one else was around. Was rudely told to go back to the line. There was no marked line. Or anyone to stand behind. The associate just didn't want to work.

Generally competent online copy service interface, but any time savings are lost during pickup when you have to wait in the long, slow shipping line to pick up the completed prepaid copy order. There needs to be a dedicated online order pickup line.

Went to the Veterans blvd store about 9:45 am on a Saturday and was greeted with "Good morning" by the associates who processed my AT&T equipment returns fast and with courtesy. Plenty of easy parking unlike the FedEx locations in the New Orleans CBD. I recommend this store!

Went in around 6pm, long line but it moved quick. Whole process was fast and efficient. Armand, specifically was very helpful and quick.
