My problem was solved with courtesy and professionalism. Parts from a previous repair were deemed defective. The parts were removed and replaced hassle free.

I was very pleased with the service and customer service in Metairie, LA on Clearview Parkway especially with Mike. I believe he is the manager in reception area. I have been to this location before, and he has always been so nice and helpful and fair. He is always willing to help and make the situation run smoothly. I do appreciate him and also all of the other technicians at Firestone Complete Auto Care.

The folks at this store are incredibly accommodating and friendly and service is fast and I love bringing my car here. Such a treat to be able to trust that I will be taken care of. Mike and Brittany are the dream team.

Was able to book appointment for my daughter and I to get our brakes done. Call to make sure the appointment was today Mike let me know it was no guarantee that I can get my car back today bring car to me know for I can see we close at 5:00 pm. Walk in the store and Mike ask which car I needed back today I told him both he couldn’t do both because they close for 5pm granted it’s 1:00pm. Don't worry about it take my business else where now my appointment has been confirmed 😂.

So besides the fact that you guys totally ripped me off by charging me 38.99 for an engine air filter, 31.99 for a cabin air filter, and a whopping 22.99 for the cabin air filter "labor" y'all couldn't even do your job right. Whoever messed with my glove compartment when they were doing their job didn't put it back together right. Charging 22.99 for "labor" to change out an air filter is ridiculous. Do better. Y'all out here scamming people. And I'm gonna need a refund because my glove compartment doesn't sit right anymore.
