Their phone always busy. Looks like they intentionally keep the phone off the cradle. Their price is also higher from the store around.

Bought the worst tasting pre workout I've ever tasted but forgot the receipt. Guy there wouldn't let me exchange it or even bother looking it up under my phone number. Zero interest in helping and tried to pass it on to a Catherine that only works short hours during the day according to him. Just bad expropriation and won't ever be going back to this one.

This store sold me expired vitamins when I went to switch out the old ones a few weeks later they stated they would only give me 3.49 and I would have to pay the difference even though they sold me expired vitamins. Then the sells clerks said you can use expired vitamins after the date so that tells me this is what they always do. So just a heads up always check the date because GNC sells expired products and then tries to charge you again to fix the problem they created. He was super rude and said I should have kept my receipt if I wanted to return the item but sir who thinks they will have to return vitamins because they are expired?! Yea won't be going back

Walked in the store, no greeting, no “can I help you find anything”, “let me know if you need help”. I was just awkwardly stared at while I perused through until I felt uncomfortable enough to just walk out. Terrible customer service. Spend your money elsewhere.

I bought pre-jym preworkout and when I opened it in the parking lot it came with no scoop in it, so I go back inside to exchange it. The guy says there’s nothing he can do for me. He goes on to tell me that all Jym products no longer come with a scoop..... why would they do that and the label clearly says please use one scoop.I’m not saying whether that’s a lie or not, but the internet says nothing about this topic (and trust me if they did this it would be somewhere. Smelt like someone lazy who didn’t want to do an exchange. This might be the more convenient GNC for me but not the only one in NOLA. I’ll try somewhere else.
