The workout incorporates current pop songs and basically just puts commonly known workout moves to a beat! It is not really “dancing” where you feel uncomfortable or feel like you need to know how to dance. It’s 8 counts you follow repetitively one at a time with typical moves like squats, lunges, high knees, bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, etc. PLUS a little dance-y moves that make you forget you’re even working out! Give it 3 classes and you will totally understand the format, moves, etc. and want to come back every single day!”

“The swimming pool area is quite good. They’ve installed new machines which make a huge difference. However, they do not clean the air vents for the a/c. The water flow in the showers for the men’s area is very bad. The showers themselves are very small and good enough for very tiny people. The steam room has been broken for months maybe even years.”
