We showed up to pick up our car.She had it there in plain sight.She refused give it to us.She said it was not available for our contract agreement terms.She said we could only rent it for 48 hours or more and at a much higher rate.Our plane leaves the state the following day so that was not possible.We were stuck and had to take an Uber back to our hotel without the use of a car for last day of our vacation as planned.

So, I booked a Tesla a few days before I needed it, thinking it was going to be smooth sailing. I was actually pretty excited about it. But when I showed up to pick it up, they hit me with the news that there wasn't one available. Yep, no Tesla for me even though it was all confirmed and everything.Honestly, it's pretty annoying. Why list it online if it's not really there? It just doesn't make sense and it totally messed up my plans. This was my first time trying to rent from them, and it turned out to be a letdown. I was really looking forward to this and it’s just frustrating how it all turned out. Probably won't be going back there.

Hertz tried to fill my reservation with a vehicle with heavy smoke in it. The agent admitted that they knew about this (he said he was trying to recover a cleaning fee from a prior renter) but that they had no other vehicle to offer me which met my needs.

The new move to EVs is bad for the company. NO has one charging station, their EVs are in poor working condition and they lie about inventory--despite pre-booking and pre-paying. Someone please contact me to make this right.

Waited 1.5 hours to pick up a dirty car and they gave me a half off car wash coupon to clean it myself. Waited 2.5 hours on the return day to hand them the keys.

A wonderful, easy experience. I wish I knew the young lady's name who helped me Saturday morning, she was great. I arrived at 9:00am, and was on the road for 9:25am. Returning the car Monday was quick and easy. I look forward to doing business here again.

Horrible customer service and rude employees.. might as well close down... All Hertz locations not just this one...Edit: 8-16-2023 my car was hit by someone that rented a vehicle from this location and calling the number they gave me for the claims center has been a headache and non responsive .. the employees were definitely not helpful neither is the claims center it's been 12 days so far looks like I'm claiming this on my insurance and gonna be suing the hertz rental insurance to recover my losses..... I want my Vehicle repaired... I am also reporting all of this to the Better Business Bureau..

Great customer service!I have rented from several different locations due to my traveling work needs. This location come through, time and time again. On the phone, in person they are totally professional and helpful. They go above and beyond, I always leave with a smile. I have to thank you guys for a job well done.

Fast courteous service, decent and clean vehicle. To leave your car for a few days, you'll have to park a couple blocks down at another business in an unsecured lot, but that worked well for me.

Took Uber to hertz, the counter cancelled my reservation and I saw someone else take my car leaving the lot. Horrible service, no explanation, no accountability, they just blamed the system. I would highly recommend not going to this location
