“I have been a customer for more than a decade and I still shop here for my toddlers now. Every time I come here and when I am ready to make my purchase or if I have questions, all associates or representatives during all these years are always most than willing to help out, provide options, find you the best deals, match prices if online are different than at the store and overall I have had the best customer experience. I recently ordered 2 beds and the representative made calls to make sure they will be delivered on the date given by the system. I received them a week before. I have to admit, I have walked in and they were busy enough to not greet me or welcome me, but I am okay with that because I saw them working with other customers. They are busy bees. I am thankful we have a PBK here close to us, in New Orleans. Keep up the good work!”
