“Had Roof Squad repair leaks around my chimney. They were awesome!! They showed up right on time. They removed all the old shingles and flashing. Then put in new shingles and flashing that matched perfectly. There sales and operations staff, Dennis , Maria , and Marcela , are very courteous , pleasant, and efficient!

It’s such a pleasure for me when I speak to a knowledgeable, intelligent, and friendly professional. I was calling about my automobile insurance card that I needed a copy of, and he sent me an email with a PDF copy of my card. I printed it right away, and I’m good to go! I also receive apartment insurance from State Farm.
I haven’t recently compared rates with other companies, so I can’t accurately answer that last question, but I’m happy with my State Farm insurance policies”
“We have had 6 or 7 different State Farm Agents since I started driving back in the 1980's at 15. The only reason we changed since having Tony was because of Katrina and moving to Houston. He is by far the most helpful agent we have ever had. Even after moving to Houston and having a different State Farm Agent, Tony has helped with advice on different issues (even when our current agent is not very helpful). If I could leave him as our agent, even though we are in a different state, I absolutely would. In fact, I had left our insurance through his office for a couple of years after Katrina, but found out the Auto insurance rates going through New Orleans instead of Houston were over $200 a year more per car (in 2005), so we had to move to a Texas agent.”

“I have been having my insurance with Kurt LeBlanc for over 20 years and I love the customer service they provide. I had to make a claim one time(no fault of mine) in the past and the insurance adjuster was not being cooperative, I called Kurt and he did a conference call with my adjuster and helped with my claim.
