I could have not asked for a better experience when buying a car for my 16 year old daughter. A welcoming atmosphere and we immediately felt at ease. Our salesperson, Jade was absolutely wonderful! Not pushy, and very accommodating. Everyone made sure my daughter had everything adjusted to her (seat, steering wheel, Bluetooth, and mirrors) before driving away. I can’t express how special this was to me, as she is the youngest of five and an emotional event for both of us. So, thank you Hyundai of Metairie for helping make this milestone so special!

Our sales person at Hyundai of Metairie was Cynthia Rico. My wife was in an accident & her car was totaled so we needed a vehicle quickly, but we didn't want to "settle" for what was sitting on the dealers' lots. We test drove a Hyundai Palisade & Nissan Pathfinder. The Palisade rode smoother, offered a higher trim package for the same cost and offered a longer warranty than the Nissan. My wife has owned nothing but Nissans her entire life, still she couldn't get the Palisade off her mind so we decided to go with the Palisade.She decided she wanted the Hyundai Palisades XRT trim package and that turns out to be like searching for a unicorn! There are none to test drive and there are deposits on cars sight unsceen before they arrive at the dealerships. Cynthia & the team at Hyundai of Metarie really went the extra mile to get this car for us, honestly the went the extra 700+ miles finding this car in the Tampa area and making a trade with a dealer down there to get my wife the exact trim package she wanted. This process was about making us happy customers from start to finish and they succeeded!Cynthia really wanted to surprise my wife when the car arrived back in Metairie, my wife thought we were going to pick it up that night after work. Cynthia had the car detailed, got the big bow and brought it to my wife's office and parking it outside so when she walked out there it would be. Jade the salesperson was very customer friendly and very knowledgeable about finding a car and I was not pressured at all into buying a great car. She was very personable and attentive to my needs as a customer. Any questions that I had about the Elantra she was able to answer and was able to help secure financing plan that fit my needs and budget.I will repeat for future buys and recommend friends and family to see Jade in the future!

I called and had an appointment. Confirmed the appointment and talked to someone who updated my service to a recall and tire rotation. The day before the scheduled service I did not receive a call before so I called them. The lady said I did not have an appointment. I told her did and that I had proof. She made me send her the text with the confirmation and then she called me to tell me that they would honor my appointment. (Keep in mind that I had this scheduled for over a month). The women asked me who said I had a recall and I told her it was one of her workers. She looked up my car and saw that there was in fact no recall.

I just got off the phone with Hyundai and was told that their not accepting new cars for service…after asking me have I been to them before and looking my information up (which I haven’t). So I guess if I was a current customer with a new car I could have been seen. I’ve never heard that before. So just be aware that their ONLY ACCEPTING THEIR CURRENT CUSTOMERS.

I had an appointment for 8:30 yesterday and I called them at 6pm and she said my car would be ready by 6pm. - I call this morning and they haven't even started on it - never again will I go to this place

Proud owner of a new 2023 Hyundai Elantra! I got such a good deal and it was such a quick process. Honestly the fastest I’ve ever experienced. It’s beautiful and fast ?I’m obsessed!!!! Thanks to Christ Owen and Miguel Marrero!!! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. The best service ever. I’m sending everyone to y’all.

Joe my car salesman was great and really helpful when buying my car!! Unfortunately the car ended up having engine issues within a month of my purchase. The service department as a whole was not helpful and hard to reach. Would not recommend:(

It’s always so nice to go to a business and not have to clock in to get something done there these days. My car broke down and I rely on my vehicle. I was so distraught because all nearby dealerships were booked for the next 2 months. Bryan and his team suggested I drop off my vehicle. They did everything they could to squeeze me in asap. They put me in a rental and my car should be good tomorrow(less than a week). Thank god for y’all!

BEWARE: This service department is worse than you could even imagine. I had work done on my car several years ago and it was good but now I would not recommend anyone bring their vehicle here, they will return it to you with more problems than you started with. They had my car for 5 months and did not even install the part properly and that’s just the start of the issues. Don’t do it, I would recommend bringing your car literally ANYWHERE else.. seriously, ANYWHERE would be better.

Working with Tyler was great. It was one of the few times I felt I wasn't being told what I wanted to hear just to get a sale. He knew his product inside and out. Every feature, every spec, anything I could think of. I feel we got a good price for a great vehicle. Tyler kept us updated for every step of the process as we were waiting for arrival of our car. Even after returning to the dealership to pick up my plates, he still remembered my family, which is something I've never experienced at another dealership. A+ Service and experience.

I cannot say enough great things about Dave Porter in the service department. He was so attentive and made sure he fully understood what was going on with my vehicle. Quick and easy fix thankfully! Will forever use the service department for all my car needs!

Came a month ago to pick up a part and had to wait 15 minutes for them to find it. I arrived 45 minutes early today for a scheduled appointment to get an oil change and a recall procedure on my genesis GV80. They did not take my car in until an hour after the appointment time. Manager came to say they could just complete the oil change and do the recall next week to get me out faster. The process took almost 4 hours and they didn’t even get to the recall. Had to wait at one counter for a young lady to do some paperwork just for her to give me the paperwork to go to another counter to sign more paperwork, never had to pay because the service is covered with the purchase of the vehicle, but yet had to wait at two counters . Make sure you avoid this place at all costs or be prepared for an extremely long wait.
