Cee and Kirby took great care of me! I wasn’t sure what was wrong with my car because I know zero about cars… all I knew was a coolant warning was coming up. They filled up my coolant for free and also filled up my washer fluid. 10/10 service! Highly recommend.

Family took a quick trip to New Orleans today and car started running hot. Our car had no antifreeze and a crack hose. Pulled right on in and was advised on how to handle. Associates were very knowledgeable, kind and professional. Definitely sending family. We back on the road.

Best experience I have had. The whole process was explained to me, questions were asked about doing changing filters, wipers before doing it, and the team communicated with each other the whole time. Highly recommended.

I went to Jiffy Lube on Vets. They had 2 new people working there. I asked if they put fluid in my windshield and I was told by Cee they did. That was not true! I didn't find that out until I tried to use the wipers. She didn't replace the mileage sticker in the window so, I will know when to return for a oil change. If and when I go back. I will NOT take my car in the shop if the same 2 individuals are working. I have been going to this same jiffy lube for the 8yrs I have been here in the city. I have always been satisfied with the service until now. Not only that. She wanted to charge me over $100 for my oil change and I told her that was NOT going to happen!!! I wanted what I been paying, and then she brought it to what I was use to paying. Nit happy right now!!!

I had the best experience here with Kirby. He was efficient and knowledgeable and explained all the safety concerns I had with my car because my car has been through it. Awesome service and customer service !

I felt like the guys there really went above and beyond. I lost my husband in November and had never had to do the oil change before. They walked me through it, told me my windshield wipers were dry rotted and replaced them. They also told me my battery is nine years old and where to get one exactly like the one I have. it was a totally positive experience all of them were professional, friendly, and helpful.I have been thinking how great it would be if there was a place where women who are alone or men who just don't know a lot about cars could go get their tires check, oil checked, etc. I'd gladly pay a fee every month to have it done.Anyway, service was excellent. I came away in a better mood than I went there. I am 77 years old and have a lot of experience with customer service. This was the best!
