I have been going to Liberty Tax for years. Chantel is the best and have grown a friendship over the years. Even if it’s not tax season, I know I could text her ask questions and she will respond right away. Thank you for always being my go to. And someone I know I can trust. Happy New Year’s and here’s two more years to come. This is the only place I will do my taxes.

Chantell is AMAZING! Superior service as usual. This is my 3rd time trusting her with my taxes & she never ceases to amaze me. She is extremely knowledgeable about the laws & very informative of how everything works. I'm certain that with her as a leader, the rest of her team is just as amazing. Not professional at all,they make an error on my tax return and i have to pay the price for their mistake!!!manager not friendly at all when I confront her with her mistakes!!! And she nit taking any responsibility at all for her mistakes..still waiting for my fee to be refunded to me..
