Theres the employer with the fake braids at the front desk . She really had a bad attitude we were about to pay for our entry and my kid was excited but she took forever . While rolling her eyes so we just left . I suggest firing her . And the place isnt that clean either .

EDIT few months later: finally got the time to go again and there was a SCHOOL TRIP DURING TODDLER TIME! Again my 2 year old was shoved, knocked over and a couple little girls tried pulling him away from me and ignoring me. I want a small safe place for my kid to play but this is ridiculous! AGAIN ENFORCE YOUR TODDLER TIME RULES! YOU MADE A TODDLER TIME FOR A REASON! Only reason we stayed after I saw the school is my toddler saw where we were and there was no going back. Absolutely ridiculous. No clue if I'm going to bring him back. I thought during school hours would be different but I thought wrong apparently.
OG review: Absolutely great place for kids! They even have a designated tots and baby areas, even though the older kids ignore it sometimes. My biggest positive and minus is the toddler time. They have designated toddler times for a tot friendly environment and I absolutely LOVE this. BUT! the older kids are still allowed during this time. The last time I went, there were more kids 8+ than the tots 0-4 and my 2 year old was consistently shoved, ran into and slid into. I thought it was a great idea to have a tot friendly time but I'm not liking the experience I'm having. They need to have guidelines in place for this time and not introduce the older kids until the time is up not an hour early or when it opens. Not gonna try this place again until school starts.
Owners ... Love this place! Rethink your rules for toddler time.

My grandson(2) Luvs this place!!! The atmosphere is warm and inviting from the minute you step inside. There are different areas for kids of different ages to explore. The amount of video games that are here is the perfect amount in my opinion, because I want my grandkid to be active! Kudos to the owners for having a crawling area for my granddaughter(5 months)!!
The space typically feels clean for the most part. Keep in mind, this is a sock only facility!

Loved this place! Owners and staff were very sweet! My two yr old daughter had a blast and ran herself ragged! Definitely going back! Not as cheap as a free park visit, but so worth the money(which was extremely reasonable!) we stayed for a couple hours, ate hot dogs and chips. Plenty of juices and drinks available. Fountain drinks were delicious and including Coke Zero, which I really appreciate! Needed a second home for my baby girl and I think we found it! 5/5, fully recommend!!!

Charging kids makes sense, but charging adults? I don't get it, and the reception is very nasty. We will not return to this place for consumption.

If you’re planning a party don’t pick this place $400 for one hour of play time & to get rushed out is CRAZY I will never EVER I mean Ever book with this place again complete waste of money the person who came up with these prices I just know has a special place waiting for them in hell 🤷🏽♀️

Took my 2 year old son here for is birthday I showed up around noon. And it's expensive it's 18 just to get in and 4 dollars for a pair of socks and We weren't even there half a hour before they had shut down for some reason told everyone to get out with no explanation. It just seemed really unprofessional.

This place would be infinitely better if the areas were patrolled and cleaner. Big kids are constantly unsupervised in the toddler areas. The place looks like it never gets cleaned. When we were there, they had a man CUTTING a counter top while another member was using a shop vacuum. That is a HUGE safety hazard. It's also way too loud and inconsiderate of the kids. Very unprofessional. Unfortunately due to lack of options, we will likely go again, I'll just have to keep my guard high and expectations low. Not ideal for a parent.

My 3 and 5 year old LOOOOOOVE this place so much! Plus there’s phone and laptop chargers so you can get some stuff done while the kids play. The owner Mr. Gary is super nice too!

Thank you to for hosting my daughter Mya 2nd birthday, I rented the whole building for 3 hrs and the staff, managers and owners were excellent. Kind, courteous and attentive. The facility was clean and safe. Thank you guys for ushering in a great birthday for my daughter and family and friends.
