Great selection - great discounts if you have their credit card. I have ordered many things from their website, it is extremely easy to return items that don't work out in the store. I love Macy's!!

I went to buy one item (makeup), when I got to the counter the associate did not look up, she was looking at some paperwork so I stood there waiting for her to look up, there were NO CUSTOMERS, the store was pretty empty 5:30 pm, so I asked a question finally she looked up and waited on me. Shame Shame. So then on my way out first floor I see two associates in the shoe department talking, one of the employees is sitting on the counter eating a bag of chips. This is not the Macy's I once knew.

No wonder they do not have enough cashiers that work there. It took me 30 minutes standing in line to buy 3 bras the other day. I walked all over the second floor and there was NO ONE that could check me out! except for one lady by the workout clothes-Micheal Kors section. Then the other day... had the worst encounter with the so called store manager.... ( stay away from the Lancome counter.) They got this Arab, Looking lady with long black hair who is so incompetent at her job. She can't even speak. She had to get the nasty manager to come yell at me to tell me that she was refusing to return my lip liners because they were not in a box! I ordered them online and that is how I got them in the mail, I attempted to explained to this tall, ugly lunatic. I even showed her that Macys make up policy and fragrance policy states that YOU CAN return make up or perfume that has been gently used. It had nothing stayed about Covid! She came up with a b******* Covid excuse as to why she would not take not take my UNUSED lipliners! She was this big ugly tall, fat, bully, no wonder they can't keep cashiers or workers at Macys Lakeside. It has seriously gone down in the last 4 years. I can now see why. This manager woman made me feel like s**** I have spent so much money there. I go there 1-2 times per week. But NO MORE B*****

If you are looking for what happened to Kmart it's alive and well right here at the Mall. It's just called Macy's now. Fitting rooms? None really. If you find one is so crowded with clothes you can't get in. Employees look and act as if they're chained up and being beaten to preform. Dirty mess. Sad what this place has become.

Macy's needs to make changes or they will keep losing customers. On the second floor they had 1 fitting room open and 1 checkout. Huge lines for both. No one to assist if you need another size. You would have to go to the other side of the store, find your size and then go back to stand in line for a fitting room and then stand in line for checkout. Dillard's fitting rooms are all open and lots of checkouts.

Went to hemline location and bought a sweater and shorts , the sweater didn't fit so I took it back. The girl was so rude !! and didn't say a word to me. I thought she was refunding my card and didn't need it again for the refund. well luckily I looked at my card a week later and didn't see a refund, I called the store and she said that I had a credit which was fine but no one said that I would get a credit. The girl was so rude and snotty, EWW

Regardless of Covid this Macy's is severely lacking is worker skill. The worker attitudes are about what you'd expect from a Walmart and their work speed is about as fast as a frozen snail. It took about an hour to get through 5 customers. Many steps could have been skipped to move the line faster and some steps could have been done later. Do better Macy's.

For four of the last five years, around this time of year, I've dropped from one to two grand in Macy's jewelry department. And for that they send you nice little emails telling you how you're a "platinum" status cardholder and all these little promos and emails for sales events etc. Only when you go to buy something and TRY to apply those "star rewards" and that stuff in your "wallet" you discover they have limitations and "exclusions" as to how one can use them... including a list of items that seem to consist of about a hundred specific and general categories that DON'T qualify. Not much of a "reward" imo. But I solved that. Because this time, instead of buying things for fingers run out of and for ears and necks that can (tastefully) only wear so much, I've decided to spend it on a 65 inch 4K OLED. What can I say? She's happy.

Disappointed that many advertised Black Friday deals were not available when doors opened.

I like the store and the clothing. The staff however is extremely rude. I haven't been back since my last encounter with them. Dillard's is amazing though, also none of the judging.

I want to thank Ms. Vanessa and Ms. Linda for helping out so much during our recent visit. Petunia needed a dress for Maddie's wedding and after many, many attempts, we found the perfect couple of dresses for the big event. Obviously, you need a couple in case you change your mind day of, duh. Afterwards, it was time for a new pair of shoes. Although she didn't buy these for the wedding, I cannot WAIT to find a dress to go with these so we can go our for a night on the town!
