The mechanic did a great job and the service writer, David, was very accommodating. I compared prices and definitely got the best deal here. I am very happy with the work and turnaround. I'd definitely recommend Meineke on Causeway to my friends and family.

Everything went well. Service was great and the guy at the desk was really helpful. Only thing is if we have to stay there for 4 hours at least have a TV for the customers in the waiting area. It was a tough Saturday without. I probably wouldn’t have notice I stayed from 9-1.

I found this place just browsing on google. It was the first place that popped up. I needed to get a headlight bulb changed out but the side it was on required me to move some things out of the way. I called Meineke and they got me in right away and was able to get me out quickly. If it ever goes out again I’ll make sure to bring it to you guys. Thank you all again!

-Disclaimer- My vehicle is under dealership warranty.. and I can have work done with no pay from my personal pocket at the dealership.That being said I came to this location to have a few things corrected on my vehicle because I wanted things done correctly and accurately.Long story short..1.) Wait time was short.2.) Service time was faster than I expected…. Still a small wait but nothing outrageous.3.) Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and informative.As I rolled away I felt an instant difference in how my vehicle drives and feels.Now I’m relieved, road ready and most importantly road secured!

Great customer service and attention to detail. They do a full digital inspection of your vehicle and send the results with pictures of everything right to your phone. They let you know what needs to be fixed now and what can wait for later. Fast, quality work with a smile. Honest and trustworthy business. Shop and lobby is always very clean. There are cheaper places around but you get what you pay for. I will recommend all my friends and family to Meineke.
