The salesman was a jerk an older black man! He ticked me off first comment! We wanted to get my husband a new suit. He gets my husband measured and pulls out a jacket. So we leave with a suit, shirt, shoes and socks. They hem them too. We get home and find out the pants are too short and they switched coats. We go to the funeral with my husband being embarrassed wearing these clothes. Now I'm so angry I want to explode! What kind of company allows this to happen? We go back and exchange the coat but won't hang around longer to get the pants corrected.

An abomination amongst men's wear..It looked extremely unprofessional from the outside..I would not purchase anything from this facility..It lacks the sophistication and elegance befitting purchase fine men's attire...

I have to shout out Ms.Shae at Men’s Warehouse Metairie. I came in and she knew exactly what I needed. She was very patient and detailed with helping me make my selection. The suit was a ?Thanks Shae!

I had a great experience with the employees and particularly Shenette. She went above and beyond. My teenage son decided he was going to Homecoming a week before the event. We went into the store and rented a suit. The suit was supposed to be ready for pickup in 4 days. Something happened with the delivery and we had no suit 24 hours before Homecoming. This is when Shenette stepped up and assured us she would make sure he was suited up for the big event. She managed to figure out a solution and long story short, my son looked great in time for the event. Things sometimes happen beyond our control but the employees were great with coming up with a solution. Excellent customer service!

Will never shop here again!!! Bought 2 suits for my boyfriend and everytime a call was made, it was received with an attitude. Made to feel like they were being bothered. Kept getting a run around.

Walked in to get a suit, worker was rude and on his phone, didn’t want to serve us. Rudely said he has no tailor so we walked out. Money will be spent elsewhere.

Came in with husband to get a suit. Worker leaning on a shelf on his phone rudely tells us he has no tailor. Like he doesn't want to deal with customers. We walked right out. Stand up and talk to customers if you're at work, don't act like we are a burden to you. They just opened and he acts like he was working all day. Not spending money here. Lol

Buyer beware that rental tuxedos are due the day after the event and incur a $20 PER DAY LATE FEE. What an absolute ripoff.

I dropped off my suit for alterations on 4/3/23. I was very clearly as to how I wanted the suit altered and was assured that all would go well. The suit was supposed to be ready on 4/6/23 and was, however, the alteration was so poorly done that the left leg of my suit was much too short and the right leg much too long. Congratulations, you just butchered my expensive suit. I was told to call today (4/6/23) before coming over to pickup the suit and did so, however, I was put on hold for 22 minutes before someone hung up on me. No one answered my subsequent phone calls. I spent over $260 for the alteration, shirt and tie. The tie was $65 for two, I only received one. I feel robbed. While trying on the suit, I noticed about two inches of reveal poking out of my suit jacket and asked the salesman for help. I was told it was a matter of preference, not true! It was way too much. The salesman would barely let me get a word in before storming off while I was still talking to him. I was incredibly humiliated. Only one salesperson, Shea, took the initiative to help. She was of great assistance. I left my suit at men’s wear house just hours ago in a last attempt to resolve this problem, but I have zero confidence in this place. I’m disabled and need the suit soon for a funeral. I would like to speak to the store owner ASAP, so as to avert any further delays and butchering of my much suit. If I experience this again on 4/8/23 when I go back to pickup the suit for a second time, I’ll head down to a different store and buy a new suit and keep driving until I get the Joe Yenni building and pay to file a claim in court. This is the absolute worst! You should be generating revenue and satisfying your customers instead of destroying your customers dignity and their valuable property.
